Perfect for gluten free foods
Loved the product. I used it to make a gluten free flour blend. Cupcakes, cakes, cookies, tortillas are all way better tasting and in consistency.

Wet wood. Wet fluor. Not proper dry.
Been buying this for so many months many times. All were good. The last 2 orders were not good. It is not dry enough. Its wet. It has bad wet taste. Like wet wood. And the colour is a little brownish compared to the proper one which is white. It ruins my foods. Taste like I'm eating wet wood.

Not like tapioca flour
This is like atta. Tapioca flour is supposed to be sticky. Tastes yuck too.

This is starch not the flour
Product name is tapioca flour so I thought this is for making bread kind of flour but not.This is starch. Just like corn starch or potato starch. But tapioca version.Seller should change the name of the packet from flour to starch.It is confusing. And they are totally different thing.Tapioca starch can't be alternate for Maida or wheat for the bread.But Tapioca flour is just dried the whole tapioca and made flour so can be used for the bread instead of wheat.I am disappointed that this is not the flour to make bread but as a starch this is good.No bad smell or funny smell in it at all like the corn starch in the box that you can find in the market.So I will give 3 stars for that.But to avoid confusion please change the name of item from flour to starch!

It's ok.
Price is good but the color of flour is not white. My dishes looked not attractive because they are not clear enough.Plus, I bought 2 of 0.5kg packages but it came in big 1kg pack. Not convenient for me.
