This product does not easily fit in Master Forge 1010037.The holes for the electrodes are on the wrong side and the connection point for the back of the BBQ is the wrong shape. I had to drill new holes in the burners for the electrode. It a lot of effort and a couple of hours. I also had to bend the connection point in the back flat and use some copper wire to keep it in place.The holes on the bottom of the burners are bigger than the original making the flame there very large at the front and back.A great price but you can see from the pictures, it's not a fit for Master Forge 1010037.

We ordered these as a replacement for our MasterForge model 1010048 listed in the product description. None of the parts fit at all. The heat plates are way too short so I had to modify the bbq so they wouldn't fall in. The burner tubes did not fit the mount on the back side of the bbq until I drilled open the hole and the tubes are basically an upside down version of the original since the gas ports are on the wrong side if you try to keep the ignitor slot on the correct side to attach the ignitor. Quality seems good but would definitely not recommend for a MasterForge grill.

The Stainless burners were the correct length, but the stabilizing end had a hole instead of a slot. The shields were too short. The listing does say check the size and shape of the original parts, but if I have to do that why list the set as being correct for my model grill? In the end I modified the burners to fit with a bit of cutting to make a hole a slot. The short shields sort of balance, but I wouldn't try to move the grill and expect them to remain in place. Maybe I'll modify the grill, adding a sort of shelf to allow the shields to fit correctly.

First off the burners are wrong-handed. The ignition mounting holes are on the wrong side which makes it impossible to use to install the igniters. I ended up buying new hardware and drilling new holes (a pain in the ass because it's stainless steel) because even if I wanted to stretch the wire and use the holes for the igniters they were too close to the wall and the igniters would not fit. You thought I was done with the igniters??? NOPE! The anchor hole at the other end of the burner was too small to go over the anchor tabs...so, I had to drill again!!! STAINLESS STEEL SUCKS TO DRILL ON!!!!Let's move on, shall we???Second (or is this third?) The heat plates were 1/4" shorter than the old ones which means one side will be in place and the opposite side will be sitting on the burner. I will have to use some JB weld to build-up one side so the damn things won't sink down onto the burners.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Not for the Master Forge 1010048 grill at least. I don't have experience with the other models for which this is supposed to work.

I have a Masterforge model 1010048 grill. The heat plates I purchased are too short and one end rests on the burners. I have used the grill twice since installing them and they are already damaged by the flames. The burners do not fit my grill either. They do not rest properly in the grill. The end is bent down instead of up and the hole is too small. Prior to changing out the burners, my auto start worked fine with all four burners. With the new burners, I have to light one with a lighter.

I wish I had read the reviews for this before I bought it, because I had the same issues others had: guards are short, burners are upside down, and the lighter no longer works because no gas comes out near it anymore.Knowing I’m not going to be able to return them, I got creative and drilled and screwed these things into working...

No... have to grind back lip and holes for ignitor don't line up. Shields are too short for burners. Where pins go thru back hole isn't big enough has to be drilled out to fit. I made them work but if your looking for a model that you just put on this is not it..

Just arrived yesterday. 2 day Prime shipping. Lightweight. Seems very well constructed. Replaces a cover I got from Lowe’s when I bought a new grill. It rained the first night after covering the grill. When I removed the cover the next day, the grill was soaked. Took back to Lowe’s and ordered this cover from Amazon. I like the lifetime replacement policy. Gave 4 stars just because I haven’t had a chance to check it out after a rain.
