This additional 2 inches added to the large block I already reviewed gets the height perfect for me.

This is the same dimensions as the large foam block with the same nice cover; 2" thick. As I write this the foam block is out of stock so I am using it on top of an ottoman for now and it works great for my Egoscue exercises. I can see it working well as seat cushion or knee pad also if the dimensions fit the need. I would say the foam density is mid level; not super soft or hard.

One of the features that sold me on this item was the cover, which can be removed for washing or wiped down when on the pad. I like having the handle, since it makes it easier to carry.

Originally, I bought this 2" foam riser for exercise and yoga, which is helpful. However, I soon learned that it's a good length for a 5'6" person to use as back prop while sitting. Now, I use it as a backrest when setting in recliners and other chairs that don't have support. The foam is soft, but supportive. It helps me have good posture which ensures less back pain. Nice riser, it fits perfectly on top of the big cushion for Egoscue Therapy.

I am very pleased with this foam riser. I am happy that it is covered, in a beautiful blue, because it will resist becoming a dust magnet like my previous uncovered foam riser. I love using all Pain Free at Sea products used in the Egoscue Method and other exercise programs and thank the owner for making these available at such an affordable cost.

This an extremely well made, durable and attractive product. It is perfect for the Egoscue movements and exercises that it was designed for.

This foam adds the perfect height to my egoscue block for exercises when I lie on my back. I am 5"11 male.
