Fire hazard. Not for UK use.
This product is not designed for UK use and should not be sold in the UK in it's current form.Worked for 2 minutes or so then started producing smoke. Potential fire hazard.

Caveat Emptor!Although widely promoted on UK Amazon this fan will NOT work in the UK.Should have an advisory telling potential UK based customers that, even with a adaptor, This fan will not work. The rating is 110v and should you plug it into a UK plug it will overheat, smoke then pack up!

Unable to use at all in the uk
An expensive ornament and completely unusable on a uk plug, luckily we spotted it before it started a fire, any suggestions on what to do from the seller really appreciated

Worked for 10 seconds, then produced nasty smoke and died
I bought this and used the correct US to UK adaptor but it lasted all of 10 seconds before burning out. Looks good but unusable.

Sold on UK Amazon with no warning that it's 110V only?
Pretty disgusted that this is 110V only with absolutely nothing in the product description to suggest this.
