Highly Modular, Beginners Beware!
I want to say I have limited case experience (mostly just one case I re/built in for 10 years) but am not a first timer.Based on my experience with this case I would not reccomend this case to a first timer or someone new to PC building. But I would recommend it to someone who has at least some experience or who really knows what they want and how they want to go about doing it.I like the general look of this case and wanted a full-tower because I intend to use a lot of SSDs (around 8 including NVME) and I wanted plenty of room to build in and for the most part, that is what i got. This is a noise focused case that and in that regard the options are more than adequate. It has sound deadening material and a fan controller that make it easy to adjust on the fly fan speeds or simply limit them if you wish. You can also make them run full speed all the time with it as well. This is a highly modular case, you can add or remove the 5.25 drive bays to make room for fans or radiators. You can adjust the height of your motherboard tray and how far inside the case your PSU is to decrease possible noise levels. You can even inver the layout so the GPU is on top and the CPU is on the bottom. There are a number of other options listed on the website and in the manual. I only use fans in my build but was pleased to find all my fans fit and I had no problems with my layout. You can completely disassemble the case to make it easier to install parts which is useful for some.It has a Qi charger on top which is nice and works on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ just fine, it doesn't support the wireless fast-charging though, only standard. It has a PSU shroud to hide questionable cable management. Some people had a hard time with this cover, I did not so ymmv. It has around 3-4 screws which hold it in place. Even with my Graphics card installed and 3 fans installed in the front of the case I can still remove and reinstall the shroud fairly easily. My only gripe with this case is the amount of room behind the rear panel, for me it wasn't enough. For reference I have 6 case fans, 6 SATA drives and 1 GPU and I also use an EATX board. I am using the following cables for my PSU: (1)24-pin, (4) 8-pin, (1) 6-pin and (2) SATA power cables. Add to this a few random front IO cables and I ran low on room very quickly. The first time I closed the back panel it bowed out on me. Perhaps I am just bad at managing my cables, perhaps it is not enough space. For the size of the case the amount of room inside does disappear pretty fast. An extra half inch would have made a difference and a full inch would have been super nice. The manual for the case is pretty limited, thankfully the case is well thought out and simple enough to figure out without the manual. There are videos on the bequiet! YouTube channel as well. The materials used in this case were 90% top notch with one issue. The first case that arrived had plastic pieces that attach the bottom/legs to the main chassis. 3 of the 8 pieces broke in shipping or something. It meant picking the case up while holding the bottom of the (then empty) case could cause the entire chassis to slide off of the base while you are holding/transporting it. The second case I received was solid and had nothing broken on it when it arrived. I dont believe this is worth knocking a star off but for a $250 case why did they use plastic for such a seemingly important part of the case?CONCLUSIONThis is a highly modular case good for someone who wants options and customization. Not recommended for first-timers.SIDE NOTE ABOUT TEMPSI used this case in standard configuration.I only use fans in my case, 6 on the case and 2 on the CPU cooler. I have 3 front intake and 2 exhaust with the last fan on top of the PSU shroud blowing air directly into the GPU. It's a 1080Ti and gets up to around 70c during heavy gaming with my case fans on low speed and as low as 60c with them at full speed. In my old case with no fan blowing air into the GPU it got up to 80c sometimes. Part of the reason I purchased this case was because i could mount a fan so it would blow air directly into the GPU. After my time with the case and my fan layout I believe if you load almost any case with a enough fans you can brute force airflow and achieve lower temps. That's not a scientificly backed statement, just how I feel after my time experimenting with the case. If you are buying this case because of airflow you might find this info useful.

Excellent Case (with one caveat), Excellent Customer Support
I got this case for my new build around a month ago. I had read some cool things about it (including the unique built-in Qi charger and USB 3.1 gen 2 front panel port that's sorely lacking in the case market right now) and it fit all of my needs without compromise (plus the Silent Wings 3 fans that I'd heard many good things about), so I ended up choosing this case after poring over almost every full tower case available right now.The case unfortunately came with the base broken off - it had looked like several small pieces that help connect the base to the rest of the case had been snapped off at some point. I was extremely concerned about this at first; I hadn't had good experiences contacting customer support for other companies in the past and it definitely didn't help that I have a fair bit of anxiety regarding phone conversations. After a bit of complaining to myself, I ended up calling be quiet customer support and a great guy working directly in the warehouse picked up. A very short calming conversation later and he helped guide me through what information they'd need from me and he had them put a base aside for me before I had even submitted that information. He assured me that it would arrive the next day - which I was extremely skeptical about, as I had called them in the evening - but, surely enough, it arrived before I even got home from work the following day! 20/10 customer support, would recommend them to anyone based on that alone. For the actual case: as others had stated, the PSU shroud was an absolute pain to work with, but it looks nice and has an SSD mount on top of it, so that's a nice bonus. If you buy this case, save yourself a lot of hassle and remove the PSU shroud before doing anything else, place it back in when you're done installing your other components. If I had known this before, I would've been spared a lot of time and frustration. I'm tempted to deduct a star just due to how much of a pain the shroud was, but I won't do that because of their excellent customer service. There's an SSD mount on the back behind the motherboard mount point - I didn't see this advertised anywhere, so that was another nice little bonus. The Qi charger works as any other Qi charger does, but it's extremely convenient that it's directly on top of my computer that sits right next to me. No extra cable dangling to the wall, no awkward protruding surface for my phone to fall off of, not some gimmicky garbage "wired but wireless" charger, but directly built in to the case. This was an unexpected, but ingenious idea from be quiet and I wish other manufacturers would take notice of this.It came with LED strips, but I didn't install them. A bit of a personal preference to not have everything lit up like RGBChristmas. If you're into that kind of thing, they're there. If you're experienced at building computers and want a good case backed by excellent customer support with good connections and features, I'd highly recommend looking into this case and buying it if it fits your needs.

Big beast
Quiet provided you're not doing things that push out lots of heat. Flexible placement of mounting points. Able to take fairly large components such as modern graphics cards and coolers, provided you move some of the pre-installed bits and pieces. The manual is by far the weakest part of the product. It is in very small print in relation to critical details, and not very well written. Some common sense is required to interpret what it says. Also, the heat shield for the PSU isn't easy to remove and replace, but hopefully that will be an uncommon occurrence.Note well that this is a heavy item. That is essential to how good it is, but take care moving it around.

Elegante, robusto, spazioso e ben costruito!!!

Trotzdem 5 Sterne.
