One of the main reasons I loved this product was because most of the ingredients were organic. I just opened the bottle I received in mid-November and noticed right away it had a different texture. I checked the ingredients and not only are some of them missing from the original formula, not one of the ingredients is organic. I asked the company about it 4 days ago but have not received an answer.UPDATE 12/4/18: Someone from the company finally contacted me, told me the ingredients were organic even though they are not listed as organic on the label. They did, however refund my money. I'm really sad as the new formula has a mild scent and a new texture and I really loved the original formula.

I rarely give reviews on anything I purchase but this right here deserves a review after IS clinical serum and skinsceutical retinol journey. This product is my holy grail. I saw a difference in a week. I have no irritating side effects whatsoever. Any acne is wiped off within days. I would give a 10 stars if I could. This simply works. I have oily skin btw.

I have never been one to leave reviews, especially negative ones! But I have to 🚨WARN🚨everyone! I first bought this back in September. It was absolutely amazing! Fast forward to Christmas when my husband got my second jar. First of all it did not even come in a box it was wrapped up in bubble wrap. Second they completely changed the formula!!! Not only does it not work at all it also was horrible on my skin! It hurt, it burned, it made my skin look a hundred times worse! My skin was peeling, it was red, it was so dry, and it was just extremely painful! The first jar I got came in a box and worked wonderful. I could put it around my mouth even on my lips and it was fine. The second jar if it even got it near my mouth it was so disgusting and horrible! The smell is awful the cream itself is just absolutely terrible and extremely thin! I tried contacting the seller but got no response!! To prevent anyone else from getting harmed the way that I did I strongly suggest that you do not get this facial retinol cream! 🚨🚨WARNING WARNING🚨🚨DO NOT BUY THIS!!! IT WILL HURT YOUR SKIN!!!🚨🚨

I used this product about 3 weeks ago along with my dermatologist prescribed Retin-A. I have never had a problem with my Retin-A unless I over-applied. I figured I overdid it with my retin-a which is why my face began to swell up, itch, and peel for a week. My face was so puffy my boyfriend joked people would think he brutally punched me. I used this product YESTERDAY for the second time ever, 3 weeks after my peeling incident, by itself, and solely as moisturizer recommended on the label (haven't used my retin-a once since incident, again, bc I thought that was the root of the problem I'd had) however, yesterday a few hours after I had applied this product my face began itching horribly. I woke up this morning to my eyes nearly swollen shut they are so puffy, my face is bright red, itching like crazy, burning, and extremely irritated. I am in physical pain from this product and look horrific and don't feel comfortable leaving the house to be in public it's so bad. Needless to say I realized this product has to be what caused my flare up a few weeks ago and I misdiagnosed the problem. After using a second time and having another equally as horrible reaction right now--I have already thrown it away and will never use again.

I can definitely tell a difference with the circles under my eyes when I use this regularly. It lightens up the darkness and the skin is visibly hydrated. Makes it easier to put on my eye corrector and concealer, the skin pulls less so there's less creasing. I just have to be careful not to get my face moisturizer too close to my eyes when I use this because when the two collide it pills up and I have to wipe it away. I tried getting my husband to use it too but his skin had a bad reaction to it so I have to find something more gentle for him. The pump is easy to use and it goes a long way so I feel it's a very good value.

I really love this fave cream I purchased it hoping it would help with the wrinkles around my mouth I had developed over the years. I have tried all kinds of different face creams over the years, from expensive to cheap products. Since I have been usingThis cream over the pass 6 months I have noticed a big reduction in the appearance of lines around my mouth, chin and mecky. Very pleased

This is a wonderful cream. Perfect consistency that doesn't feel greasy when applied. Leaves skin feeling soft. I have been using for few weeks and can truly see a difference in my skin. Just remember to wear sunscreen because this does have retinol and you will burn!!

This is my 3rd jar! I am 63 years young and I wish that I had started using this before.I get compliments since I started using the cream.
