Best flour for frying chicken and pork chops
I love the delicious fried chicken when using this white rice flour. I dip in Heavy whipping cream in one bag and then cover with the flour in another bag. It doesn’t take much for 2 lbs of chicken breasts; It cooks very well in Olive oil in my cast iron pan. The flour has a light taste and my husband and I prefer over Other flour brands.

This is an amazing replacement for flour in baked goods and pancakes. We mix 50/50 with chickpea flour and it works out amazing.

A Good Product
