It was also easy to use
This USB hub worked greatly for me. It was also easy to use. I did like the button that is on the end of it. I did not how ever like the fact that it had to be plugged in to be turned on but I could easily get passed that. another thing I did not like (though this might just be because of my labtop I use) when I booted up the labtop I used with this hub it took a ridiculously long time to load up the hub. all in all it was a great device to use and I enjoyed using it.

Ample Power - Svelte Design
This hub offers ample power for all your USB devices and is fairly svelte for that many ports. The blue per-port LEDs provide nice feedback that a device is connected. It has a power switch for the whole hub -- could be useful, but I don't use it. And, once devices are connected I have not had any compatibility issues with iPhone sync/charge, mice, keyboards, disk drives, printers. I drive this hub from a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 dock. Purchased hub had an issue with mechanical tolerance fitting standard USB plugs. Vendor was quick to replace with a unit that eliminated this problem.

Liked the design but didnt work right
I liked the design of this hub as it was easily accessible to the plugs, however some of the electronics that I had hooked to it wouldn't work. They did when the computer was on, but after working on the computer for a while, the light would go off and the electronic would go off. This happened many times on my external drive that I had hooked to the computer. I would have to shut off the hard drive and turn it back on for it to work.I sent this item back.

Love this!
This thing is serving me well so far. I had a similar one from another brand (forgot which) and it went out after a while.I don't like having to have a power brick for a USB hub, but for this kind it's necessary. It's hard to make 10 devices reach a central USB hub, but I got it working somehow.I'm not noticing any slowdowns on devices via this hub, though more than 1 webcam can get funky. Which is odd given the scale of USB 3.0's speed above USB 2.0.

Now I have a couple spare USB Ports.
A USB hub is a relatively simple device (from the user standpoint). This one offers 10 powered USB 3.0 ports (the input port is NOT counted as part of the 10). This unit also has it's own power switch, so attached devices can be taken offline -- then the power can be switched off so that you don't trigger "mounting" of an attached device while working with the hub and other devices attached to it.The sockets are well made so that the plugs fit snugly and do not seem likely to pull out without a fairly significant tug on the plug/wires. That makes an accidental unplugging less likely when working with the tangle of wires attached to the computer.I have not had this product for very long (yet), but at this point it seems well made and all the devices I have attached mounted and are accessible as needed ... and I now have 2 "spare" ports, if necessary. And I still have an empty port on the counter for those occasional items, such as my camera, iPad, and GPS that occasionally need to be connected. If you need a lot of USB ports and do not wish to daisy chain devices and/or hubs, this unit will do the trick.

NOT REALLY A 10 PORT HUB!!!
BEWARE - This hub may have 10 accessible 3.0 ports, but your PC will not read it that way! The computer doesn't see it as one 10 port hub, it sees it as two 4 port hubs connected to another 4 port hub, connected to yet another 4 port hub, and finally connected to a 6 port hub. However only 2-3 ports from each of these "hubs" are actually accessible to you as physical 3.0 usb plugs. The rest are just unconnected circuitry inside. As Windows will only support you chaining hubs 5 deep, this limits its functionality greatly. Plug another usb hub into this thing and you're done. My docking station only has 1 usb port so this item was going to replace my 10 port usb hub that currently connects everything downstream to my comp, since it's all 3.0 ports. Being that this single unit already counts as 4 hubs deep, it's useless to me no matter where in line I put it now as further chaining is impossible. There also seems to be no order as to which of the physical plugs correspond to which of the internal "hubs" so it's near impossible to get away with plugging any other physical hubs into just the internal 6 port "hub" connections, which are the highest on its internal chain. On the plus side, it does seem to work on a basic level so if you just need a bunch of extra 3.0 ports it may be ok for you. It's usefulness is very limited though, so you get what you pay for.

I Messed Up My USB Ports On My Laptop and This Hub Saved My Skin
I bought this back in January and so far it's been working really well. I work as a software/hardware repairman and I accidently messed up my USB ports when trying to recover data from a USB drive with NAND script. Needless to say I couldn't use my ports without a weird combination of plug-and-play swap games. I really had only one option and that was to buy a USB hub for all my devices since I couldn't use my other 2 on my laptop. I finally decided to buy this USB hub because of 1) the customer reviews and 2) because of the minimal power usage that it uses and the USB type B for connection. I looked at a few others and in fact I already own a 4 port USB hub but this one seemed the best deal for how many ports you get and the power it consumes. So far this hub is running strong and I haven't had any problems with driver installations or devices not connecting properly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of buying a multi-port USB hub.

Tut, was es soll
Der Hub ist vollkommen in Ordnung und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich habe drei davon seit ca. einem halben Jahr im Einsatz ohne Probleme.
