Based on a novel by Debbie Macomber, this yuletide movie tells the story of Ashley Harrison (Meghan Ory) and Dash Sutherland (Andrew W. Walker). Ashley, who is based in San Francisco, is desperate to spend the holidays with her family in Seattle and Dash is also in a rush to get there. When Ashley encounters a problem with her reservation at the airport ticket counter, she attempts to rent a car. But there s just one vehicle left and Dash beats her to it. Reluctantly, Ashley takes him up on his offer to join him on a road trip. Will this unexpected bump in the road lead them down a path to romance?

cute movie and quite the mystery.
This is a funny, cute mystery and love story all rolled into one. This would have been the perfect movie if they included believing in Jesus instead of believing in Santa for all the goodness in a person!

Amusing and not completely cliche
The main character, Ashley, was way too sweet. Nobody who has to walk EIGHT miles to the nearest town in high heeled boots and short skirt in winter is going to be that happy. And when did she learn to speak fluent Romanian? I am happy they get together but both declaring that the are in LOVE after 2 days?! that's hormones not love, y'all! But I enjoyed the whole movie, the character Blade and the teen boys were amusing. The only part that should have been left on the cutting room floor was the weird montage at the end when Ashley is "thinking" of Dash- I almost turned it off at that point.

A, sort of, cross country holiday romance.
A couple meet in an airport and decide to share a rental car to get to their destinations. But there's more to the story than that. Let's just say that he's not who she thinks he is and she's not who he thinks she is. I'm somewhat partial to the stories where a couple meets, on the road, and discover each other as they go along. This is one of those stories. The woman is cute and vivacious while the man tends to be more serious which makes for an interesting mix. And then there's the puppy. I mean how can you turn down a movie with a cute puppy?? Megan Ory and Andrew Walker are very well paired in this light hearted and warm, but sometimes serious, holiday offering from Hallmark.

Enjoyable & Cheesy
I liked this one even though the subplot is about the female lead being a criminal mastermind and shows the fakest F.B.I. set up ever. Even with that weirdness, it's an enjoyable watch.

Great Christmas show
Great repartee between the leads. A wonderful array of vignettes that add interest and extends the scope of the movie, yet are cleverly weaved together to add spice to the story line. There are characters here you don't normally see in Christmas movies. There's humor, puppies, suspense and much more. Yes, I really liked it!

Exceptional Holiday Movie
Dashing Through the Snow, by Debbie Macomber and Hallmark Movies, is possibly the best Christmas movie I have seen. I'm purchasing it as a pre Christmas gift for my sister and her husband. It has it all with conflict, great charizma between the leading actors with surprise after surprise woven in to a delightful Christmas story. And did I mention the puppy that ties it all together with a bow. You will enjoy!

Unique RomCom? Walker-Ory chemistry exceptional!
Let's get the Com part out of the way. Lends a little mystery to things, but it's definitely comedic. Happily the FBI has such a sterling reputation, that they can take the mostly COM role here. Now, the main chemistry. Two people with different personalities work at blending themselves together. So often opposites actually do attract. Ory & Walker work together in an exceptional way in the midst of unusual circumstances. But, they make it seem plausible. They show honesty as they grow together. I've watched it many times. The dialogue is mostly truly entertaining give & take. Their acting & interaction is MORE than 5 star.
