Great Strings
I haven't played the Cello long, but when I took the original strings that came on my cello off and replaced them with this set, I was shocked. The scratchy sound of my practices turned into clear transitions. The A & D are extremely mellow and the G & C are lively and clear. I never realized how much difference a fine set of strings could make. My original set was synthetic, but I think I like the steel a whole lot more.

NIce strings
This set of strings was a nice find, I apprecitated the previous reviews. They make such a difference in the sound of the cello. Very nice. They need to be wiped down frequently for rosin buildup.

Not Tungsten! These are Spirocore Chrome strings!
For those who are interested - these are medium Jargar A& D strings, and Spirocore CHROME (not Silver or Tungsten) strings.
