Seems to be good quality. If you are use to HSS ropes don’t forget to bring a climbing rated carabiner for each climber.

No more having to use the lineman’s rope to to go up and down the tree. Much simpler.

Prusik Knots Did NOT Hold!!I was excited to receive the Muddy Tandem Safe Line safety systerm (3 Sets). I've been an ardent user of HSS "Life Line" safety lines and was excited to try the Muddy tandem Safe Line system.The Muddy main lines (i.e. the 30' line) is substantially smaller than the HSS Life Line system (diameter is probably about half); this seemed ok as I assume there is a significant safety factor (i.e. much safer than required). The Prusik knots however seemed concerning; the knots were "stiff" -- knots also seemed to be paracord type material, just stiffer.The biggest problem was the Prusik knot did not seem to "grab"; knots just "slid" up and down the rope but would not grab the rope, even when pulled at an angle. Perhaps the knots were not pulled "fast enough" or perhaps the knots were not pulled "at the right angle" (i.e. perhaps in a real fall, they would grab). I also "tightened" the knots by pulling the line tightly, but this did not seem to work either.With that said, perhaps they still worked ok... perhaps the system I tried simply did not mimic a real fall... so I created a test.I tied the line to a 1 story high deck, tied a weight on the Prusik Knot, lifted the weight a bit less than one story and dropped it!!It fell ALL THE WAY to the ground WITHOUT STOPPING!! Repeated with same results. Ultimately, this system DID NOT WORK. The safety lines are designed to arrest a persons fall to prevent serious injury (try this for example with a Hunters Safety System life-line and it will move barely an inch before cinching on the line, the Muddy System fell 7+ feet and did not even slow down).If this does not work new of the box -- even after tightening -- imagine if you're 30' off the ground. Ultimate, not a good choice for a safety line. Perhaps yours will work but recommend testing immediately. Returned Immediately for a full refund. In the end, this is a life insurance policy -- you want to know this will work every time, just in case it's ever needed.

Best thing is my wife knows I am safe! So easy to use, durable to leave up all season. The 3 pack took care of all my stands. I tried to build my own, I only would have saved $3 a piece... woth every penny

Must have for hunters to have safety harness and worry free climb up and down stand. Don't take a chance. These are cheap compared to seriously injuring or killing yourself.
