The media could not be loaded.  Disappointing and cheap. Arrived today individually wrapped in cellophane bag. The comb itself is very cheap and brittle. The sponge is not attached to the comb, glue has come away from the comb. Was looking forward to using but not fit for purpose. Rubbish quality and clearly no quality control during production.

Do not waste your money on this. Tried for hours to get it to look like it is shown on instructions. Will not attach properly and cannot get anything like the results shown in the pictures. Total waste of time and money. Do not bother with this as it just does not work.

Bought to add volume to a client whom has very fine and thin hair. I was a skeptic as wasn’t sure what it would be like. When arrived I was still skeptical however when I tried to use it on my client worked like a total dream.

This is tiny and did not do the job.

Arrived on time which was good.It is very easy to use and does stay in place. Don't need to tease hair at all.Very happy with purchase.
