I bought 8 of these for our flag football team. I created some plays on MS Office, cut them out and inserted them into the wristband. The kids got a kick out of it and it really helped in the huddle to call out plays rather than have to draw out on the white board every time. I haven't noticed them coming apart at all and seem to be high quality. As far as sizes, they will fit a small to bigger kid (kids on our team were ~65-100 lbs).

I used this for calling plays as QB for my flag football team.This product works great as I had the ability to insert 3 separate index cards for plays. We put 6 plays on each card, which game me a total of 18 plays to call.My only suggestion would be making sure everyone one your team has one, as it's much easier to call plays when everyone can see the play themselves, rather than having them view mine in the huddle.

I purchased this for my 13 yr old son. It fit him perfectly and I think it will work great. He hasn't had a chance to use it for a game yet, but it looks like it will hold plenty of plays and they will be big enough for him to be able to read them well. It fit comfortably as well, doesn't seem like it will irritate his skin or anything. I definitely recommend this product!

I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter, who is 5'7", and it was way too big for her. I tried it on my own arm and it was too big as well. The armband itself looks to be very nice quality and a great viewing area but just too big for what we needed it for.

I purchased this item for my husband because the job he had came with a lot of codes he had to remember. The paper could be a bit more spacious and lengthy but overall he was happy and it made his job easier.

Good quality. Comfortable. Perfect for my high school softball team to use for our signs. Three places for cards is perfect. Gave us a lot of options. I would highly recommend.

my hubby use it during the shooting matches to keep track of this ranges and bullet drops. it works great. we laminate the sheet, slip it in and it makes a great cheat-sheet thats water resistant.

I use it every day. Seriously.I just started a new position at work that requires me to learn a new computer system and software. I made myself a little cheat sheet that has allowed me to decrease the amount of mistakes (and amount of time making those mistakes) I make daily.Build quality is as expected: comfortable but rugged. It holds up easily in the office and everything I throw at it while in my warehouse.
