This product really works. I am 72 and everyone thinks I am much younger.

Q: Where is the expiration date?

Don't see one on box or bottle.

Q: You advertise a medical grade of retinol, but you responded to a customer that you use a cosmetic grade retinol and not a strong as medical grade? why

Hi! Thank you for calling this to our attention and we are very sorry for the confusion. The other ingredients in the serum are medical grade but the Retinol we use is cosmetic grade. The Retinol solution we use is 2.5% cosmetic grade which is the equivalent of .25% medical grade. While the FDA limits the percentage of medical grade Retinol to 2%, that strength is extremely irritating and the vast majority of people cannot tolerate it. We will be changing the wording in the product description to avoid confusion moving forward.

Q: Does this really work on dark spots? If so, when will I notice a difference?

As far as dark spots I have sun damage skin so it's hard for me to tell if it is helping with the dark spots. I seen to have additional dark spots appearing
