Depth of Discharge is defined as the capacity that is discharged from a fully charged battery, divided by battery nominal capacity. The Power Queen LiFePO4 battery supports 100% depth of discharge, so our 12V 100Ah MINI supports 100Ah capacity. However, the same type of lead-acid battery only supports 50% DOD, about 50Ah available capacity, choosing lithium iron phosphate can make your battery run About twice as long. We hope this helps. I used these Lithium batteries for a solar system. It required a different charging voltage than the lead acid batteries that I replace to get the full potential out of the batteries. However, I would think that it would work in most modern cars ok from what I have read.

Our 12V 200Ah battery with built-in 100A BMS, it can support max. 100A continuous charging/discharging current. If you would like to use the alternator to charge your battery, we recommend that you can add a DC to DC charger between the battery and your battery. The DC to DC charger is able to adjust the charging current into the battery. Let's say, a 20A DC to DC charger will convert the charging current into the battery to be 20A, rather than the 12
