TIRE FELL OFF THE MOTOR -BUSTED MY HAND! Do not buy from this company...
Thought this was a great product at first....rode it about 20 miles until the tire fell off the back left motor during a left turn and I went flying! The tire is held in by a plate which is held onto the motor by 6 screws. This means that ALL 6 SCREWS WERE OUT WITHIN 4 days/20 miles of unboxing the board. All the other wheels had all of their screws. As a result, I fell violently (I'm a skilled rider and wear full protective gear). I burst a sagittal band in my hand and got an expensive hand surgery.Worst of all, when I called the company, they blamed Amazon and sounded like they did not care at all or understand the seriousness of the manufacturing flaw, considering it says "Ride right out the box". Honestly, they sounded stoned and the email responses were riddled with grammatical errors.TERRIBLE, UNRELIABLE BOARD AND LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Spend the money on a quality board the first time. There is a reason it is half the price of every other board. Buy once, cry once....literally.

Very disappointed
My son was so happy with his new Blitzart Huracane 38”!! Sadly the party ended three months after he received it as my gift. Battery died. Bought a new one from Blitzart, arrived extremely damaged, still dealing with Blitzart....

This board is a beast
First off, I haven't ridden a board in 25 years. I thought I would play it safe and get a long board. I wanted electric to get around. I had read reviews on the single hub on hill climbing and decided to take the plunge. This thing climbs hills like crazy. My first piece of advice is to tighten the hubs when you get it. They are way to loose. I couldn't ride it at all until I did that. People recommend getting a skateboard tool but all you need is a cheap rachet set. I set mine to where they are a little tight but do have play in them. If you haven't ridden in a long time (or ever) I would recommend the low setting and try to coast as much as possible to begin with. I started off in empty parking lots. The nice thing is it has really good brakes. You do have to be sensitive with both those and the throttle. I can't stress that enough. I have good balance but have almost thrown my self on slow mode and breaking. The trick is to practice easing on it and it still is a little jerky. On slow mode this thing really goes. It's going to take a while for me to feel comfortable at that speed and in traffic. Bumps are actually a little better if you have some speed going over them. Overall this board is worth the buy for someone starting out. I have no plans on upgrading. On the board itself, it is completely solid. I am so happy with this purchase. I'm going to leave early for work (I work at the UT Texas Austin campus) and take it slow to work after getting off the bus. If you are getting a starter board I would recommend this one and you really should spend the extra for the dual hub if you plan on keeping it for awhile. I don't see a reason to upgrade but time will tell.

Good e-board for the price after upgrading bushings and bearings
This board is pretty good buy for the price. The dual motor version will climb hills very well on a full battery, Hill climb ability goes down as battery life goes down. I highly recommend changing out the bushings on this board to orangatang nipple bushings makes a world of difference. I'm 225lbs The stock bushings were way too loose even after attempting to tighten them all the way. I also recommend upgrading the bearing the stock wheel bearings spun for only a few seconds my new reds bearing spin my wheel for over a minute. The deck of the board has no flex to it, that's not really a bad thing just a matter of personal preference. I know that they don't claim that the board it waterproof but i can say that i have taken the board apart to do a deck swap and all of the components are sealed very well from the hub motors to the compartment that holds the battery and other electronics. I have ridden the board in the rain in NYC and the wheels still grip when wet which is nice and the board held up very well. The braking is excellent i can take any hill with confidence just have to be careful the trigger is very sensitive and will throw u off if you brake too hard. Acceleration in slow mode is nice and smooth and in fast mode has plenty of power and speed. The board is fairly heavy for carrying around for a long time the handle for the board is a good idea but it is hard and digs into your hand and when you hold the board by the handle it isn't balanced because motor side if the board is much heavier. The board can be ridden in either direction and the remote has a shift button to change directions, full power in each direction which is nice. I haven't had any issues with the remote. Overall this is a great budget electric board for the price. Pros: all electronics function very well, dual motors are powerful even for 200plus lb riders,Cons: bushings are very loose even after tightening them and that makes it hard and unstable to ride at full speed. Loose bushings also cause fatigue from constantly having to balance.Bushings and bearing need upgrading but you can buy those things on Amazon and if you can't change them yourself take your board to ZumiesDoesn't come with skate tool so def add that to your cart if you don't have one

A board for adults that won’t break the bank
I’m 5 foot 8 and weigh 180 lbs. and this board has no problem getting me around. On the low speed on a flat surface I can get to speeds of 10-12 mph which is plenty fast. Even though blitzart says this board can go 23 mph I was not able to reach that top speed. I could only get a top speed of 18 mph on a flare surface which can be scary if you have never rode an electric skateboard before .Also this thing climbs hill great even if you at a dead stop at the bottom of a hill. In all if your an adult and want a good electric skateboard but can afford a boosted board I would definitely give this board a try.
