Hypervolt by Hyperice, Featuring Quiet Glide Technology - Handheld Percussion Massage Gun | 3 Speeds, 5 Interchangeable Attachment Heads | (Not Bluetooth Enabled)

I bought 2 for myself and my wife from REI since Amazon doesn't carry it yet(only 3rd party seller for inflated price). Recommended to friends and at least 3 people I know of bought them based on my recommendation. Now I'm not sure I should've recommended so much.One of them died(lights came on but motor would not engage) within 20 days of purchase. Sent it in for warranty with Hyperice, waited for a week and they repaired it & sent it back to me and so far it's working fine. To be honest I was expecting them to send me new one and not a "refurbished one" since it broke within a month, maybe I'm expecting too much...The 2nd one is now showing problem as well, the 2nd vibration level indicator light has stopped working. It's usable but this one is also less than 2 weeks old.Now this is 2 out of 2, 100% quality problem I have with this massager with multiple units. I like it very much when it works and I think it's effective for relaxing tense muscles and relief muscle soreness, which is the only reason I'm keeping them. I use mine almost daily at most 30-45min or so. I would say this is not excessive use and I have a DIY case for it and always put it back for storage.However, even though they look and feel durable in hands, I'm not confident with the quality of this product at all, and will no longer recommend this to family & friends without any warnings.

I’m a personal trainer and a massage therapist. I used this product faithfully with all of my clients. At first, this was heaven sent. I used it for 3 months and it really added value to my sessions. HOWEVER, the product started to malfunction for no apparent reason. I did nothing different when using the product and carried it with extreme care. The HyperVolt came with an one year warranty so I was not worried about getting this issue resolved. However, when I reached out to customer service in hopes that they can assist me, they did the complete opposite. It was the most HORRIFIC experience ever! I called, emailed, and tried reaching out via the online chats for an entire month in a half!! They took 2 weeks to respond back to my email and ONLY answered one part of my email. They are FAR from helpful. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT LAST LONG AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP YOU. As a professional, I am appalled by the unprofessionalism. Do not... I repeat DO NOT waste your money.

This product is from a FRAUDULENT company. There was an issue with ours being too loud (since it’s suppose to have silent technology) and when we contacted hyperice they said it was not their product. This is a fraud product. Not the real hyperice hypervolt

We've had the hypervolt for a few months and it worked great - until it didn't. It started rattling and not working right. I contacted HyperIce and they said to send it back to them and they would repair it. I learned this morning that they cannot repair the item because IT IS A FRAUDULENT PRODUCT. They said that while it looks the same on the outside, the parts on the inside are different and it cannot be repaired. They also told me they have an entire legal team devoted to getting fake sellers off of Amazon. Really disappointed in Amazon here and now I'm out $350

I've yet to run into a muscle knot this will not eventually break. I went from full lock to jelly within about 20 minutes of usage. The unit is drastically more powerful that other consumer products.Be careful and follow the directions as it can cause bruising, broken bones, and soft tissue injuries in seconds if misused.

This product is great when it works, but when it doesn’t it’s trash. The main problem I’ve noticed with my hypervolt and some of my friends is it doesn’t start. My friend thinks his doesn’t work because of the cold, but mine is in the house all day in 75-degree weather and has trouble starting. Also, Hyperice the company has poor customer service. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. I really regret this purchase.

It’s amazing on tight muscles.. all the family is loving it!

I like this product very much. Very useful and affordable. Worth the money spent. I use it for releasing my tight muscles due to past time over exercise and bad posture.

Nach mehrmaliger Verwendung lies sich das Gerät bei schwachem Akkustand nicht mehr einschalten. Nach ca. zwei Wochen dann überhaupt nicht mehr. Bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse darf so etwas bei normaler Nutzung nicht passieren.

es läuft nur 2 Minuten, dann geht es nicht mehr, obwohl der Akku komplett geladen ist!!!! Wollte es zurück schicken, jetzt hat es keiner Verkauft und auf keine meiner Anfragen wird reagiert! Bin Mega enttäuscht. für diesen Preis hatte ich etwas anderes erwartet, auch einen besseren Kundenservice!!!

Bei Menschen mit weniger Muskeln ist das Gerät nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Schläge gehen durch bis auf die Knochen und man befürchtet vorhandene Schwierigkeiten noch schlimmer zu machen.

Outstanding my husband, son and I all fight over using it. Might have to get another one.
