I'm now highly suspicious of the positive reviews. They are all dated 27 Aug, 2018. The few that have less than 5 stars are dated different days and seem to be more authentic. I got this because it was supposed to be safe around pets, but the instructions that come in the box says to keep pets away, and "Inform children in advance". I'm returning, if it's possible to do so.

Worst product ever
I was so excited to get this as I thought I had finally found something that would help my pest issue in my new home. When I opened the package Four out of the six units were not working. One hour later the fifth unit stopped working. I really thought that this would work because of the great reviews. I think I’m the first person to give this a bad review but I will never buy this product again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone either.

Total scam with fake reviews
Just opened the box -- all devices are light as air and hollow. Not one out of the 6 actually light up and function. I am now seeing several 5 star reviews written on the same day recently. Total scam! I'll be reporting this to Amazon and requesting my money back. I had purchased the Hoont brand for my home and was hoping for something similar for my office, would rather wait the month or two to get an actually real product.

Buyer beware!
These are terrible. Unfortunately The lowest rating amazon allows is 1 star. I’m out $22 for a crappy product that doesn’t keep bugs away and irritates my dog. The worst of it is I can hear it too! These are being returned.

The produce has a design flaw
I am returning this product.It has an electronic switch to set the frequency in which it operates (one of 3 bands). Well, if there is an electric power interruption it has to be reset again manually. It involves a lot of effort when it is a big house with many devices. Also what happens if there is a power interruption when I am not at home?Having a simple manual 3 state mechanical (non electronic) toggle would have solved the problem.I am going to return my order, I bought 12 devices.

NOT A SINGLE ONE WORKED
If I could give it negative stars, I would. This is a six pack, not a single one worked. That’s six chances to possibly redeem yourself minimally by proving functionality at least once, and you failed six times. That’s not even to say that none even turned on. One did. I saw the light turn on and was relieved that it turned on. Although I’m returning the entire product, I let this one single one sit on for a while. I had it at the green light for flies and mosquitoes. Hours pass, now I’m into day 2, I am watching these flies have a party flying around this thing. I can’t believe the terrible quality control of this company for making such a waste of time product. I want my money back immediately.

Use around pets?
I tried to read all the information about this device before I ordered it, but I did not see anything that said I could not use it around a cat. The box says it is safe around pets and humans, but the instructions inside the box say otherwise. Personally, I would rather not take a chance with my cat.
