Not low carb as advertised
I fell right out of ketosis after one pack which claimed to have only 3 g of carbohydrates, that’s a lie. If you were just looking for a snack and aren’t worried about your carbohydrate intake, then these are fantastic. If you’re worried about your carbohydrate intake and are looking for a small net amount of carbs than this isn’t for you.
