Works well, easy to use
I got this cause a while back I shaved my peach fuzz and it was starting to grow back looking like a mustache, and recently it'd been sprouting back a mix of randomly dark curls and light little pokey things. It really just got to the point where every other day I felt like Fiona in the beginning of Shrek 2 and like that's fine, she's one of the best role models in cinema, it's just a lot of upkeep. As a working college student, I have enough to keep up with already! My mustache had been resembling that of a pubescent boy, and I had had it. There may be some regrets that just can't be fixed in this lifetime, but this...this I could fix.I recalled a BuzzFeed article by their beauty editor about her experience testing out these "painless" waxing beads (the beads' brand is HeaLif, I had to go over some areas more than once but it just feels like ripping off a band-aid and any red marks disappeared pretty quickly. Would recommend). The article lead me here. The beads were purple and I was feeling feminine and spontaneous so I bought this wax warmer in pink.I'd never waxed before, but this heater worked well, the process was simple (you just plug it in and melt the wax on high, and then I set it to medium before applying) and I didn't burn myself! It looks like it will be easy to clean, and I made a real mess (from no fault of this thing) so that's nice.I have only used it once but I must say I am satisfied with this product and I am really looking forward to not gazing in the mirror and thinking, "Who is that pubescent boy's missed patch I see staring back at me?", a lifetime of happiness, and times when my reflection will show who I am, inside.

HORRIBLE!
I followed all of the instructions and when I plugged the pot in within five minutes it was so hot that the cord melted out and the outside plastic started to bubble. So disappointed.

Do NOT purchase!!
I went into my salon to find a room FULL of smoke and this wax pot melted. The whole thing was so hot that it could have easily caught fire anytime! I'm just glad I found it before that happened! Lesson learned... you get what you pay for! Never again will I stray from purchasing a professional product.

Lasted me 2.5 years!
I bought this in may 2015... 2.5 yrs later I'm buying a new one only because I have dripped so much wax on it over the years, it's time. I would say I definitely got my use out of it for the price!

Nice
Nice personal or small job waxer. Out of one pot filled with wax I can get two brazilians and have a little left over. The temperature gauge is a little tricky. Heats up slow on low settings and really fast on high settings, then takes a long time to cool down. You have to time it just right, which I have found is, turning it on high for about 10 minutes, then low for about 30 and you're good to go.

EXPLODING DISASTER
HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!! The packaging it was delivered in was all beat up and damaged and I had the device plugged in for FIVE MINUTES on the LOW setting and it caught on fire and will not turn on. I would not waste your money on such a disgrace of a product.....

This warmer replaced my old one. This warmer is great because it keeps my wax at the perfect consistency and temperature. I love that it has a range of temperature settings because it makes it easy to find the right temperature for the wax. It warms up the wax fast too. I chose the pink lid because pink is my favorite color. I love that a person can choose different colors for their lid.

it keeps shorting out my outlet and will not stay on more than 10 minutes... kind of a waste
