Keeps debris off my eye. Yes, have to be aggressively protective of my only eye,and this item makes it easy on my bosses and clients.Edit 2024: Still using them. Learned to buy 3 at a time because sometimes they just scratch up even with super fine microfiber cloths. But when they turn good, you can go months before you notice them wearing.

Good product, fits skullgard and v-gard caps
Correct face sheild for MSA cap style skullgard and v-gard hats with MSA visor frame 10158800This is the same as Grainger part number 22EY56, but is cheaper here.As for the product itself, not the most scratch resistant visor by a long shot, but it's acceptable there. The height is a nice balance between coverage and being able look down, and the bevel + angle in the corners very considerably cuts down on bulk and bumping it on things. All in all, quite thoughtfully designed.
