I'm a 55 year-old guy who does not normally go in for "natural" cures. But I had lost my insurance, and couldn't get my regular gout meds - so I was looking for anything that would help. I alternated this and their Uricel product every day sublingually, and over time, it it actually seemed to lessen the number and severity of gout attacks. This is *not* a scientific study. These results may have just been coincidental. But I would not hesitate to recommend these products to anyone looking for help with gout or arthritis. Others have mentioned the excellent flavor of this. True. I've used it in more than a couple of cocktails. Good stuff.

I like most the convenience of taking this supplement in this sublingual way. I've purchased these tart cherry drops twice so far. I can't say for certain if it makes much of a difference in sleep quality, but I feel better for taking it. It was also greatly appreciated when I received a repeat customer gift in the mail. Its my own fault, I dont take it consistently every night, but my only issue is the sucker thing, as you can see by the photo, thats all it can muster lol so idk if im taking the right dosage, because the instructions example shows that vile filling all the way up, so I take like 4 shots of that to try and compensate lol so idk, I think it works

Dosage not provided! How does anyone know how much they’re actually taking?

I was religious for the whole bottle (over a month, twice a day). Just didn't make much difference.

As a kidney transplant recipient I have to be very careful with what supplements I use - if any.When I had a horrible flare up of gout I called my doctor and he immediately told me to buy tart cherry juice rather than have to take additional medications.When I brought him this bottle to look at he gave me the go ahead to use it as it truly has no "fillers" to worry about interacting with my medications.After about two days of using this (twice a day at first) the pain, for the most part, had gone away. There was still some minor stiffness but the stabbing pain was no longer present.I am about 1/2 way through my first bottle and have already ordered a 2nd bottle. As long as this keeps working (and I don't have to take medications) I will keep using it.I do ask people though to always check with their doctors first before taking any supplements to be assured there are no contraindications.

The taste is very good, I like cherry, it taste like cherry. Use this as part of a night wind down 1/2 a squeeze an hour before & then a 1/2 @ bedtime. Much more restful sleep. Hoping next uric acid levels will be down as well. That would be a bonus!
