This product is INCREDIBLE!! I have lived with insomnia since I was a child. I toss and turn for hours,I wake up constantly and can't get back to sleep.. I did miss one day last week and literally got one hour of sleep that night woke up at around 2 then stayed up until the sun rose without it. I will not be missing any more doses.This was a literal God send. I am so greatful and appreciative to the people who created this.

Love this product! Generally I don't do product reviews but this one I figured deserved it because there are so MANY products like this out there how do you chose? It has helped me sleep and not feel groggy the next day. I DO have to get less than 8 hrs because I am a Mom of 3 and get up to go to the gym super early and start work at 6:30am. My avg sleep is 5-6hrs. I can never fall asleep on my own just because I am so high strung from everything.Not only did this help with sleep but it also took away my FUPA area....it is flat.
