Excellent Upgrade to my Derailleur
I broke my old SRAM NX Derailleur on a log and decided to upgrade a little for the replacement. The SRAM GX shifts so much more smoothly and accurately. The GX was a major improvement for the little added cost over the NX.I was able to watch a few youtube videos and easily install and adjust the derailleur myself. I had never installed or adjusted a rear derailleur myself before and was surprised by how easy it was to do.

Love it.
I've got 2 sets of this drivetrain--one came stock on a bike, and I purchased this when I built a carbon hardtail over a year ago. I've also got a SRAM NX 11 speed on another bike I built a few years ago. Both my GX drivetrains (including the derailleur) have always performed well so I absolutely recommend them. That said, the less expensive NX that I have has been fantastic. I have no idea what the price difference is currently, but if you're not a weight-weenie and are unconcerned about saving a few grams in weight, the NX is a 5-Star Review from me too.

Great 1x11 rear derailleur
I've now ordered 2 of these and they work great with both the GX and X1 shifter. The long cage allows you to use a 11-46 and 1-50 cassette with no problems. I have set up 1x11 drive trains for each on 2 separate bikes. Highly recommend SRAM components for 1x11, very crisp and sharp shifting even with after market cassettes.

Upgraded!!
Bought this GX derailleur along with an 11 speed chain, cables and a cassette to upgrade my 2 year old NX set up.. the product came nicely packaged and no missing parts. Also installed a new hanger to replaced the slightly bent that I straightened so much in the past. I got crispy shifts and smooth action. I'm a happy camper.

Works awesome and easy adjustments!
I'm so happy with this SRAM derailleur. I was kind of upset that I bought last years model of MTB that had the 2x10 drivetrain. I was told by the salesperson at the time I wouldn't be able to change to a 1x10 drive, not true. Even better, not only did I retain the 2x10 drive system. The SRAM derailleur allowed me to add a 11x50t cassette and 2x upfront. So now I have new drive setup of MTB's coming out and the bonus of a 22t granny gear! This combo does take some tinkering with though but the results are an amazing hill climber.

Going back to 11-sp
No difference in shift quality from Eagle 12sp. I did not need 50 gear and this is cheaper and makes more sense. Adjusted my front gearing by going down 2, and it's great and good savings by doing this.

Good Upgrage to the SRAM NX Deraillur OEM'd Specialzed Turbo Levo Base
Ripped off the OEM SRAM NX in the first three months of ownership. Too much torque for little ole NX. GX is better but, only time will tell. I ride every day competing for Strava segments in all of my local tracks, so I put my gear through the race pace.

Great quality at a great price.
Fantastic derailleur that works seamlessly with the rest of the GX groupset, giving crisp up and downshifts even under load. Just watch the fingers if you use the lock feature whilst threading the chain - the recoil spring is very strong and you could end up with a black finger nail or worse!!

Deragliatore incredibile, precisissimo non perde un colpo
Testato in gare cross-country e gran fondo, questo deragliatore dimostra come SRAM ormai abbia tecnologicamente una marcia in più rispetto ai competitor giapponesi come precisione e durata/affidabilità, anche paragonato ai modelli top di gamma! Non bisogna farsi ingannare dal prezzo, il GX ha la stesso comportamento dei fratellini superiori della strssa SRAM; solo qualche grammo in più di peso, francamente trascurabile.Chicca per la regolazione: Il braccio che fa da sede alla puleggia superiore è disassato rispetto al perno. Questo consente di centrare perfettamente la puleggia rispetto al pacco pignoni, agendo con un po di forza bruta e facendo leva solo sulla sede del forcellino con una leva. In questo modo si trova la regolazione al micron sia sui rapporti alti (spingendo la leva nel foro di ancoraggio del forcellino indietro verso ore 9 per estendere l’escursione della puleggia verso il rapporto alto, o verso ore 3 per ridurla) che quelli bassi (spingendo verso ore 7 per estendere la puleggia verso il rapporto basso, o verso ore 1 per ridurla). Questo concetto di regolazione fine è impossibile con i componenti giapponesi, che quindi al confronto sono di assai difficile taratura - agendo solo sulla vite di regolazione del filo, sul manettino. Auguri. In breve: il GX è utilizzabilissimo anche per attività agonistica, senza alcuna riserva.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Robusto, preciso y fiable. Relación calidad precio muy corrrcta y toldabas con rodamientos que justifican el upgrade desde un NX por el incremento de precio que supone. Tercer cambio (endureando con piedras sufre cualquier cambio) yvrepetire sin dudas. Prefiero el de 11V que el eagle de 12 porque el tamaño de la patilla es enorme y muy expuesto a rocas y raíces.
