Best heating pad
This is the best heating pad I have ever used! The temperature is adjustable and automatically shuts off in 30 minutes. The cover is easy to remove and wash if needed but I haven’t washed it yet.

Cannot support a product that costs $75 and only last 2 years.
I've purchased 2 of these heating pads, same model, over the last 4 yrs - both around $75 a piece. Neither of them have lasted longer than approx 2 years (1 bought on amazon and another outside of amazon). In any case - I cannot support a company/product that won't work with someone (giving an extension &/or replacement) on a 1 year warranty when their products keep failing - just shy of 1 or 2 years. I contacted the company directly & the person answering the phone just read from a script citing their 1 year warranty. In addition their customer service manager “Alejandro/Alex” cited the MANUFACTURING date instead of my purchase date when calculating their warranty!!! So my unit, even though I bought it in Nov 2019 had a manufacturing date of Jan 2019 - so he said my unit was 3 years “past” the 1 year warranty. Huh?! That is not how any company calculate warranties - I even showed them my proof of purchase from Amazon, with my purchase date of Nov 2019. It's like they know their products have defects and won't fix them to last longer. I'm not mistreating this item and don't over use it - so I don't understand why they keep failing - other than poor quality. The first time it was that the unit just stopped turning on & the 2nd unit (just yesterday) lost more than half of it's display, rendering it inoperable due to being unable to see the number readout. I won't be buying again.

Deepest heat imaginable. I have used these for yesrsandrthere is no going back.
It seems magical to get such deep heat from a simple pad. But NEVER get it damp.. it will stop working. I have owned 3 of these in the last 10 years and I would not consider buying anything else. I get the largest one. I tried one for shoulders and neck but it did not fit well I did not get relief. I gave it to a petite coworker I am sure it will serve her well. I highly recommend.

Stopped working....update
I’ve had this item for less than a month. It was working REALLY well. Idk how, but it does draw moisture from your surroundings. I enjoyed the exact temperature I could set it at depending on where it was needed. However, just today, it either heated up beautifully, or not at all. I’m returning it for a refund. 6/20/20 ADDENDUM: I believed in this pad. I have another and it is working perfectly. I’m still amazed at how it draws moisture to make itself moist heating. I love that you can set your own heating level, or change it during treatment. I also love the ability to lock in your settings in case of accidental button pushing. The only thing I’d do to improve this item is to have the ability to select a longer than 60 minute timer. I highly recommend this product!!

Stopped working after 6 months, barely 2 months of actual use
I bought this at the beginning of April when I was pregnant to help with the back pain. I used it for 2 months then put it away gently for the summer. I just got it out again a couple weeks ago because it's been getting cold and now it doesn't work, I get an error that wont go away. I'm out the Amazon 20% restocking fee because it's been over 30 days. For the price I'm very disappointed it just died out of nowhere after gentle use.Less than 3 months of actual use and it's dead. Worked great when it worked, but definitely get the insurance if you're thinking of going with this one. A $20 heating pad from the pharmacy that got kicked around lasted years, which is more than I can say for this.

Doesn’t last
Heat is good while it lasts, but they don’t make these to last. I have had three of them and they have ranged from lasting 2 months to 10 months. They have been used once per day at night, then the control stops working and displays error messages.

Newest version is a let down
I have been buying this brand since my m.v.a. as they helped me with pain management as the moist heat penetrates deeper than the cheap dry models found at most brick and mortar stores ( I also adore it during shark week to relieve cramp pain). They are expensive (averaging around $80 a pop and only last about a year, maybe a year and a half if you are lucky) and while I hated that they don't last very long, I have found the same issue with mattress heating pads and blankets to have a similar life span so I kept forking over the money because I loved how well it worked..until now. The latest model that I was sent is no longer worth its cost a.) it heats for only half as long as previous models (30min versus 60min) b.) it does not get as hot as previous models (maximum temp threshold is lower) c.) it beeps very loudly for no apparent reason (mine may be defective? d.) the display is garishly bright which is inconvenient at night (imagine high beams flashed in a pitch black room). Frustrating its the same high cost but less effective than older versions and has the same all too short life span (after less than a year it eventually gives an error code and no longer puts out any heat).
