Aerial acrobatics have saved my life. I lost my emotional support animal a few months ago to a stroke. I was lost without her. Then my husband bought me this and I hauled my 200lb butt out of bed and started to spin and flip my grief away. I miss her so much still, but I feel peace here. And I know she's loving that her momma is so fit, mentally and physically.My husband knew I wanted to get into aerial acrobatics and he did a lot of research before buying this product. I don't care what I weigh anymore... I've got muscles for days now and I love my body more than I ever have.Thank you so much. I received the product and everything looked good. Nice color and sturdy material on the swings. I used the downloadable guide to get started. My problem came in when I noticed that the ropes that tie the caribeaners to the swing were tied loosely and differently. No biggie, I looked up a good sturdy knot and tied them on that way. I decided to try the swing out at the playground while my son played. The daisy straps worked great. I’ve used it three times now and Noticed that THE ROPES ARE STARTING TO FRAY!!! I was not expecting this and am definilty frustrated. I’ll be purchasing large caribeaners to replace the rope. Although this swing was a good price, I feel that I should have just paid more for a swing that came with everything that I needed.

I wanted this to be able to help with stretching and yoga while supporting my weight with my upper body. It did exactly what I needed and more. I ABSOLUETLY love this thing!!! It is assembled in my living room at all times. I use it everyday for at least 5 minutes a day for stretching if not more. I can easily work on my upperbody as well, haven’t figured out the lower body yet, but that’s why we have YouTube. I have many videos I saved to follow but honestly once I’m in it I just listen to my body and do what feels good. I make so much stuff up and it’s so fun doing it. I have recommended it to so many people. I can’t wait until it’s nice out and I can get a stand for it or put it under my deck.I loved playing on the monkey bars and Olympic Rings at the park when I was a kid(who am I kidding I still do it now when I’m out with my dogs) now I can it in my living room.Quality of the material is well great quality. I’m 5’7’ 152lbs my husband is 5’11 260lbs and there’s no issues or lack of trust of it holding either one of us. Don’t hesitate to buy it!! Keep like a kid again and have fun while getting fit!

I am having so much fun in my yoga swing! I was a little hesitant to buy this brand because it is cheaper than some other brands. I am very impressed with the quality of the fabric and the ropes. I have mine attached to a ceiling joist in my house using hammock hooks. Just find the stud!There's something about inversions that create this positive energy and put you in the best mood! I am a yoga instructor and I plan on using this during private lessons for people with lower back tension. Love my yoga swing!

I have been searching for a new yoga swing because my old one was worn out after much use. After buying, I must say that I’m very happy with this purchase. This is an excellent swing in my opinion.Here’s why: many yoga swings are smaller for home use but that doesn’t mean it's a good thing. First and foremost the swing seat size is a big factor in comfort. Don’t underestimate this. They have gotten this just right because a larger main sling can fit anyone but a smaller sling cannot. Second, handle padding is essential when doing exercises such as the flying spider or any exercise where your hands and feet are required to be on the handles for an extended period of time. The issue that I had with my previous swing was that the smaller surface area would cause it to dig into my hands and feet if I were to hold a position for sometime and this plays a big role when the padding wears after continued use. I have been unable to find a company that just sells the swing arms by itself. You need better handles or else your hands and feet will suffer.This would have been a complete package if it included mounting hardware but it's best to buy that on your own. This gets an A+ in my book and I’m very satisfied.

After years of lower back pain and sleepless nights, I finally have been pain free and sleeping easily. I've only had it for 3 days! The results were instant! Thank you UpCircleSeven!!!!

My daughter was nearly very injured on this swing yesterday. After having been used by. 70lb year old girl for less than 1 year the “sturdy steel” hooks wore so thin that one snapped while she was on it and she fell to the ground. Thank God she was not upside down at the time otherwise there would be more than the current bump and bruise. The other hook looks like it would snap any second if it were used again. What kind of steel can’t withstand a child’s weight!? Supposedly holds 550lbs??? I am beyond furious and would not recommend buying this. My daughter loves yoga and is devastated. She enjoyed having a swing until now.

My first swing, so I'll be honest I don't have much to compare it to . But the material is very sturdy, I bought some IKEA hooks to hang them from indoors .

This thing is amazing. It is easy to mount with the proper equipment (purchased separately). So easy to adjust in height and is very versatile for people of differing abilities and flexibility. All around A+

the carabiners were small, the handles were shorter than other slings i own, the whole sling was not the same quality as other brands i own. i have returned the sling.
