These are the JUNKIEST night pills of ALL time but unbelievably, I switched from these purple ones I was takng by walgreens I think to these blue ones and amazingly.... they work beautifully SO I think its a good idea to switch em up every now and then lyke your shampoo, it works good! I mix them with other stuff like melatonin too.

They put me in the perfect mood to lay down. Medication usually keeps me up but I take 2 of these and within the hour I'm on the way upstairs to 😴😴😴😴

I don't find the pills help much at falling asleep, they are much better at helping you stay asleep or falling back to sleep if you get up at night. One pill leaves me feeling a little tires in tge morning, two is way too much.

Great product. Works nicely and very well priced. Pills are small and easy to take.

Effective and affordable. Some tablets of this type can be chewed to more quickly get them in one's system, but not these.
