The media could not be loaded. **~ when not mixed with other food , it tastes not so good . It has a nutty taste to it when eaten alone .I add it in my soups and vegan dressings.it gives cheesy taste to it .You get a spoon which is very useful and makes it hygienic too.It’s definitely very expensive but a bottle will last you really long .

I'm using it in place of nutritional yeast but is it the same as nutritional yeast??... No idea.. Tastes good though so cool with it..

This one had a strange smell to it. I prefer the flakes.

Urban Platter as a brand for a vegan living in India is probably the best company here. I Love all of their products which I use a lot. I especially like the Nutritional Yeast . I use their products daily . Great brand and great products.

I loved the taste of it so much that I had to leave a review. I have been using nutritional yeast for many years but mostly abroad. Recently we moved to India and was so happy to see that urban platter does sell it. The taste of it is so cheesy that it is truly a substitute for any type of cheddar or smoky flavoured cheese. Good to use to get a cheesy flavour without the calories of cheese. Healthy and Nutritional. Urban Platter in general makes really good products

I didn't know what to expect but since it's supposed to taste wonderful i tried a pinch. I almost immediately puked. It has an intense umami flavour but it's so overpowering it is very bitter. Maybe the taste will become milder once i add it to other food? Anyway, my advice is to avoid tasting it on its own.
