Good Case Files
We've done all 3 of these mystery cases and all of them were very good. In total we've done about 20 or so of these types of cases from other brands and these rank near at the top.

Not that great
Too easy, even for beginners. It’s too much like a name brand game that rhymes with blue. The family didn’t think it was a very good value considering the price we paid.

Was fun until an oversight by the company ruined it.
It was fun until we got to the "Santa Cam" and the code kept showing it was invalid, went to "hints " on the game website and even there it told me I had the right code. This completely ruined the whole experience. After some digging I found the game is made by a London company and used their countries date format for the game. For anyone who having trouble the correct format is dd/mm/yy.

Catch it on sale
Enjoyable story. Creators clearly used AI to create most of the photos. If you look close enough, like you normally do when you're examining evidence, you'll see mistakes and weird imagery all over.
