Q: is this for left handed?

It’s a right handed yanagiba if used correctly

Q: Is this a single-bevel with urasuki (slightly concave backside)?

Yes the knife has a single bevel and a concave backside. The length is 240mm. The handle is oval not D shaped in cross section. The steel is hard and I have used a steel to straighten the edge a few times and have not needed to use the Naniwa stones after prepping a dozen Sushi/Shashimi/Maki dinners. The knife is very good for the price and works well when used a slicer. No sheath or saya it comes in a regular card stock knife box.
