I’ve been experimenting with this - it’s not actually eco resin- it’s more plaster of Paris, but the 3:1 ratio works, also a 1:1 ratio works as well! If you add the powder to the water- pour into the mold- it does set well and you’ll be able to create more! The 1:1 takes a bit longer to dry, but it does work! If you’re in a hurry I do suggest 3:1. It’s fun to play with and experiment- definitely good value for the price!

It does produce nice details, but thin pieces are brittle and flimsy and snap easily. Thicker pieces seem to be sturdier but should be treated like ceramic. Bags arrived with cups and gloves, but there was leakage and everything was covered in powder. Overall, I would recommend.

After mixing the powder and water as directed on the instructions, the mixture was very, very thin. So, I thought this wouldn't be working as well as the Eco-Resin I usually get. But, don't let the thin mixture fool you as you must work fast! This stuff starts curing a lot faster than any other powder I've used. It's almost as quick as polyurethane resin. Just remember to only mix up as much as you need or have something ready to pour into quickly! Now that I know how fast it sets up I will be more prepared next time. It does dry really hard too. Oh, and the bowl I made didn't have one bubble in it! Going to make another one today.

It probably is a good product, HOWEVER,I received the box damaged and some of the powder was all over the box. I frequently give good reviews on Amazon/sellers, and this was an exception.

I'm a total newbie to resin casting, and this powder was so easy to use! The instructions were clear and simple, and I loved that it sets quickly - no waiting around forever for my projects to cure. I made a few small decorative items and some coasters, and they all turned out great. The powder mixes easily with water and pours smoothly, so I didn't have any issues with bubbles or uneven surfaces. It's a good amount of product for the price too. I'm excited to experiment more with this stuff!

Measuring cups were broke and when I opened the box powder was everywhere.
