I have a friend who refuses to drink tea at my house because I don't know how to prepare it right. Well, when I saw this, I knew I would surprise her with a personal tea party! While she still thinks I can't make tea right, she absolutely adored this cute tea set. It was a perfect combination because according to her, tea should only be served in clear glass cups, and no bubbles. ? I have a lot of friends who need encouragement and this purchase motivates me to have them over for tea and macarons. Lenox is always quality and this tea set shocked me when I saw how big everything was. The pot will easily serve 6 people. While this porcelain set looks dainty, it feels durable and so far has not stained although leaving the black tea in the pot all day. But, it is pricey.

I have Lenox plates so I got this set to match with the plates and have some tea time by myself. This tea pot is really cute design especially with the top handle shape of butterfly. It shows it is not cheap brand, but Lenox! I like the creamer too. It is thoughtfully designed so it doesn't spill a drop. I like the hardness of the porcelain as it is even microwave/dishwasher safe. But I do not use it in dishwasher, but do handwash because dishwasher wouldn't properly clean the neck of the teapot. I wish they have special brush for the neck.
