I purchased this product to redo my RV shower stall it actually works great it has not turned mildewy you do have to apply it correctly and let it set for 8 hours or you could have issues with it running we're not sticking correctly I applied as directed I would buy this again it is pricey but it does work for RV tubs great

HORRIBLE - Most Amazingly Stupid Product (ZERO stars!)
It's difficult to find sufficiently scathing words to express the level of my frustration with this product. PLEASE do yourself a favor and listen to what another reviewer ("Q") wrote. I bought mine (clear) at a local store and didn't see that review until looking for information after using it. This TUB and TILE sealant should NEVER EVER be used around water. I know, I know ... the labels says "TUB and TILE".I have used all types of caulks and sealants (and adhesives) for 30 years. This one stands alone as the worst, period.I used this to seal around the edges of new bathroom flooring. I used 100% silicone for most of it but chose this for a section that would be exposed (not behind the base trim or under vanity). There was a possibility I would want to paint over a tiny section and 100% silicone cannot be painted. A Siliconized Latex product would have been a better choice for sure.CURING (NOT): This stuff starts out white and cures clear. I've used other clear sealants that do this so I thought no big deal. Three days later it was barely clearing - milky white. I called the manufacturer and twice was told it might take a couple more days but to just wait it out, it'll be fine. Manufacturer also stressed no water exposure until curing is complete. So finally, about TWO WEEKS later, it had cured clear. Whew! I thought I was out of the woods and could put the bathroom back into action.WATER EXPOSURE: The manufacturer rep also confirmed that this stuff could turn from clear BACK TO WHITE if exposed to water - EVEN AFTER CURING! Go read other review by "Q" and the product pdf "Q" cited. Well, I can assure you this is true. They told me this is expected and will eventually go back to clear. I guess this might be true but after a week of looking at non-uniform (part clear, part milky, part white) sealer across the front of the tub (where it meets the floor) the game was over.REMOVAL: removal was a b!7@#!! Unlike other caulks / sealers it was more like a really firm glue. So yeah, this stuff sticks and holds.I replaced with 100% silicone and am finally happy.BOTTOM LINE: This stuff might be a good adhesive but it's way too slow even for that (maybe this is how they sell bad batches of adhesive?). And it should NEVER EVER be used around water unless you don't mind the appearance changes. So, wwwwwhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyy (Nancy Kerrigan) would it be labelled "TUB AND TILE"?!As "Q" said: "You can't make this stuff up. This has got to be the most stupid product ever made."
