Great watch , looks lovely but was impossible to take links out . Had to take it to a shop and get it professionally done

Customer service is rubbish. Contacted them as the links are extremely difficult to remove even by a professional. Had one email asking for a few more details which I sent the same day and not heard anything back. Watch is not fit for purpose.
