I bought two for our guests when they come to hike-was very pleased with the size & quality.

First, the strap is way too short. I'm 5'2" and extended the strap as far as it would go - not long enough to position it down further. It rides up too high making it difficcult (see photos) to get hand into zippered pockets and get anything out. I tried with both hands and could not get my hand into the large zippered pocket enough to pull something out. I like this, the fabric, lightweight, the padded shoulder strap, all the zippered compartments, as described. I wanted something when I walk my dog that I could carry poop bags, keys, flashlight, and my phone. I will try sewing extra fabric to the strap and maybe once it hangs lower I can get into it. It only hangs over the left shoulder. For the price it is a good bag. Biggest complaint is the shortness of the strap.

This had all the right pockets for traveling. I wanted something made of Ripstop without a lot of padding, and this was perfect. It just spent a week at the beach and worked well.

This bag is small, which was OK because that's what I wanted. But the strap is very short and won't fit an average size adult, especially if wearing over a jacket. It would be good for a child.

It's for front side (chest), not on your back.
