Wow. This product blew me away. I take two of these about an hour before going to seep. I wake up more relaxed than I have been in months. It kind of feels like my whole body and brain have gotten into a warm bath. That "ahhh" relaxation feeling is there all the way though my shoulders and back. But my cognitive functioning is not clouded or foggy. I knew that I have been struggling with high levels of cortisol. I didn't know this work work so well.

There are many benefits to the ingredients this supplement boasts. To get all of those ingredients, and the corresponding benefits with continued use in such A great tasting gummy is a huge win for me.

These gummies are very tasty. I didn't see them helping with my restless legs all that much, I am currently 7 months pregnant and my legs are awful at night! I have since switched to another form of Magnesium but they haven't started helping with my legs either.
