I greatly admire Diana Weymar's craftivism so was looking forward to this book. Sadly, the font used in the text seems to have been chosen to mimic something someone (with very good penmanship) wrote by hand. While I understand why the writer and her editors may have wanted to convey that image, it actually makes it much harder to read. A bolder font, providing greater contrast with the page, would have made all the difference. I cannot comment on the content because I have not yet been able to find just the right light by which I can read it. And that is disappointing.

Still giving it 5 stars because the content is superb. Love love love it. But why is it small??? I was assuming it would be a normal sized book, yet is is small like a kids book and therefore, I feel like I am reading it on my phone --- the book and font is small. It feels like it is hiding, yet the topic is kind of about being loud. I'm surprised that they chose this format. Maybe they are trying to appeal as cute? Bummer, because the essays are incredibly insightful and really strong.
