I love using my barbecue because it's fun cooking outdoors and I can cook steak and other food on the grill quicker and easier when I have friends over. I have always struggled trying to find some way to grill vegetables because sometimes they would fall through the grill or they would overheat and burn too easily. This grill basket was the answer for me. Now I can throw all of my vegetables into the grill basket and be able to cook them without worrying about them dropping through the grill or burning. This grill basket is one of my new best friends. And of course all of my other friends are now asking where I got it.

This is a nice heavy duty basket for grilling veggies or other small items that would otherwise fall thru the grates.This basket has fairly steep angles to the sides. It is approx 7 1/4 inches at the base and is 12 inches at the top. (See my pictures)I did a good oiling with cooking oil, not the spray stuff but real cooking oil on a silicone basting brush. I also used fairly low heat to cook my veggies and didn't have a problem with anything sticking. But I kept stirring and nothing burned on either. My cleanup was easy, but one of these days I will forget to stir or use high heat and we will see if anything sticks.Great heavy duty basket that I strongly recommend.

This is a pretty cool and convenient concept for grilling and keeps all the veggies or other grillable items together without falling into the fire. It's made with pretty thick stainless steel construction and can handle high heat without warping or degrading. Its 12" x 13.5" with decent grilling space for vegetables and seafood. The perforated design is great and helps infuse the grilled smoky flavor into your food.One drawback is that the handles get quite hot, so either dont use them or use mitts or tongs when handling it directly on the grill. Also if left uncleaned for too long after grilling, some residue can stick and it will get old fast.
