National Geographic History Book: An Interactive Journey

Excellent book for high schoolers

This book is full of information. My wife and I loved it. But better yet, our 6 and 3 year old boys appreciate it too! This book is full of fun stuff!! However, the cover price says $40.00, I bought it for half the price on Amazon. It is not worth the full $40.

I am using this to assist me in teaching sixth grade history. I love the interactive features of the book, and the students enjoy the brief overview of specific periods in history. Overall, it is a big hit!

I really enjoyed this book. As a teacher, I plan on laminating some of the replicas of the primary documents and using them in my class. This book is well done for a general overview of a vast and varied time period. The photos are great and I know that my students will enjoy looking through this fine book.

I bought this book to give to my niece who was graduating from college with a degree in Secondary History/Social Studies. She loved it and will use it for her classes. There are pull out's of all types that are reproductions of the actual pieces... beautiful book!

The pages were a little bent but good job!!

It is a good book to general review the history. However, the information is very basic. I will recommend that to kid-education purpose.
