A must have item
This microwave cover is awesome. Having the water reservoir on the lid makes the food moist and delicious. Easy clean up with a paper towel after use and it's ready to go again. AfterSeveral uses the handle did break loose but the customer service was awesome. Not only were they willing to replace it but set me an upgraded version. This product and the company rocks!

Much Better Now
07/07/2024 Update: After the below review, I was contacted by this seller within 24 hours. They were courteous, professional and really took the review to heart. The customer service was excellent!Within hours of my response, a replacement was sent to me. The design of this updated product is much better and we have been using it for about a day or two.The integrated handle is a HUGE improvement and helps keep the rim in place by not losing the grip and having the dome fall.Now that this change has been made, this is a product that I will recommend highly. Buy the updated product, you will be happy with the product.This is a great concept, but not well executed.The handle and rim are constantly coming apart and are difficult to put back together.If these are permanently attached to the dome, it would be an awesome product! I am looking forward to seeing improvements in the design of the product.

Wanted to love it but it's defective
*Update - the company reached out and offered to replace the item, refund the money and was genuinely interested to know how they could improve the design. We were able to fix the broken handle with tape and still use this item. I never made the time to take the company up on the offer for replacement., which is my bad. Just wanted to share this update and the good faith effort of the company. Changing my rating from 2 stars to 5.I loved how this works, the large size, and it looks great in the microwave but it broke within the first two months of use. Sigh. Also, the bottom green rim and green handle comes off easily and it's impossible to reconnect.
