Great replacement for an aging battery in my ryobi mower. Charges well, fits in all of my 40v tools, seems to charge easily and hold a charge similar to my OEM batteries.

This battery works but it doesn’t have the power that the oem batteries have. I tested it on my weed eater and it definitely doesn’t give the same power force as the 4mah oem so I’m returning it

I disassembled the unit to get an accurate idea of marketing vs reality. I was pleased to find it really does have the correct capacity! It is packed using 10 18650-30Q's in two separate banks (20 18650's in total) Each 18650 provides 3000 mAh. 18650x10 @ 3.7v = 37v at a capacity of 111wH (3Ah) per bank. There are two banks batteries providing 37v @ 222Wh (6Ah). I tested at 41v with no load and compared this to my brand name in my leaf blower - fan RPM ran the same and fully depleted and recharged the battery in the expected runtime. Would recommend this - especially for the truth in marketing!

I love the aftermarket batteries. Unless I can get a great (I mean really great) sale at HD or L, then I have no qualms about using the non OEM batteries. I have lots of them and I can't really tell a difference between them and original. This batter is less than 1/3 the cost of OEM. Roll the dice.

The battery came fully charged (or at least lights all of the lights). I was able to install it on my string trimmer, blower, and chainsaw without issues, and it was easy to release (unlike another aftermarket battery that I have).I don't get much more run time with it vs my standard Ryobi 4Ah batteries, but I'm not going to go as far as tear it apart to calculate battery capacity. It's good enough for me as it saved a lot of money over buying another Ryobi battery. 5 stars.

My Ryobi charger had no problem recognizing this battery. It slides into my blower snuggly requiring a little more effort to remove from the tool than the original battery. Outputs just as much power, and similar run time as the original brand battery; 45 minutes with the blower set at turbo. I see no difference between the Amityke 40V battery and the store’s brand name battery.

I recently acquired a few Ryobi power tools and electric mower so I wanted to have a spare battery handy. This battery is almost identical to my OEM Ryobi 40V battery. I was very surprised that the battery came fully charged. The battery level indicator worked flawlessly right out of the box. Highly recommend this battery if you own any Ryobi 40V tools or lawnmower.

The media could not be loaded. I only have 1 Ryobi 40V tool and it happens to be my lawnmower. I've had this mower for a dozen or so years and it's still going strong, but I have to replace my batteries from time to time because they wear out. This 6ah battery might be the best Ryobi compatible battery I've ever used. It charges fine in my charger and runs my lawnmower, but the capacity is very high. I have never been able to mow my entire back yard (about .3 acres) on a single battery before but when I finished mowing with this battery, I had only used 1 bar. I could have mown my entire lawn, front and back, with just this battery. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
