Omega-3 Fish Oil
I have taken fish oil in lots of different forms. These Omega 3 contain the Triglyceride formation found in nature, and not the inferior ethyl ester fish oil, which is a great start. The capsules are quite big, but I found them easy to swallow. The recommended dose is 3 per day, but I only take two per day. I eat a lot of oily fish in my diet ,and don't want to over do things. The capsules contain a high rating of EPA and DHA, ( 1224mg EPA and 816mg DHA) I was always told that for fish oil to be of any use to the body, that the EPA and DHA should have a combined total off 900 or more, and these certainly do that. The fact that these contain triglyceride fish oil, means it has a better absorption rate and therefore better for the body than ordinary fish oil. This is a great product and I will continue to use this form of Omega 3. The best before date on my bottle was smudged and I could only read what I think said 2025, therefore it's 4* from me folks.

Omega 3!
An excellent support for heart, brain and joint health. The triglyceride form enhances absorption making it more bioavailable than standard fish oil. The softgels are easy to swallow, odorless and don’t cause any unpleasant aftertaste or fishy burps. With 120 softgels per bottle it offers great value for a premium supplement. If you’re looking for a pure, high strength Omega 3 supplement that’s easy on digestion this is a solid choice!Highly recommend

Substituting 1 of my 2 daily-quota of Omega 3's, for 3 of these over 2-weeks and we're about level.
Having been in the supplements industry, I always say that Omega Oils are an essential supplement to consume every day, along-side Vitamin D, Magnesium, Astaxanthin (rich in Vitamin C) and a good multivitamin; to tie-up all of the loose-ends.I'm using these to 'substitute' for one of the two Omega-3 soft-gels that I normally consume.Mine are a bit stronger than these Omega-3 soft-gels, at 600-EPA and 300-DHA per-capsule; but that's a guaranteed minimum; and these figures are likely to be higher, as they're affiliated-to the 'GOED' quality standards for EPA/DHA Omega-3.I've found that, by substituting '3' of these capsules for '1' of my own; is probably bordering upon the same EPA/DHA daily intake. If I had-to pay for these, I'd find the price a ‘tad’ high, even though the distributors are claiming typically 'higher' than average EPA and DHA'S per-capsule; than most, and these ‘should’ therefore warrant a higher retail price because of that. But it’s still a lot of money every 40-days, and the customer will go to where it’s cheaper; as Omega-3 intake is a marathon and not a sprint.I'd encourage everyone to consume Omega-oils on a regular basis, and you can consume Flaxseed soft-gels if you're vegan or vegetarian, as long as they use a non-gelatin based ingredient to form the outer capsule; such as Carrageenan.Omega-oils are important, and as I want-to encourage more; I’ve simply scored this a four.

Good quality supplement
This Omega 3 Supplement is excellent, I have been taking this type of softgel for a long time and these are one of the best I have tried. They are easy to swallow and don't have a nasty fishy after taste like some, they are quite large but not excessively some can be. The level of ingredients are good so are pretty good value for money.

28mm capsules. Quite large suggested dose. No dates on the container.
These are supplied in a dark container that was sealed. The labelling is appropriate in terms of guidance and other information. There is a section for the expiry and batch number, however this had no legible information. It's unclear whether this is a labelling issue or something else, but given this they should not be supplied IMO. That said, when I cut a capsule open, there was no evidence of any spoilage.Despite being long capsules, I found taking one easy to take as they are quite thin. I recently took an Omega 3 test, and the service gave a calculation for the amount required to make a correction. Based on that, the suggested dose of three capsules would be excessive in my case, but this can obviously be varied as appropriate and everyone's situation is different.I'm rating the item as three stars due to the labelling issue, though the product does seem acceptable aside from that.

They seem to be a decent dosage
While I admit to being taken aback a little by an omega 3 supplement that is so specific in its own title (not many are so upfront about types of omega 3) after doing a bit of lazy comparisons this does in fact seem to be quite a decent dosage of omega 3 jammed into some easy to take capsules which apparently are in a different form from usual for better absorption (though I can't prove or deny that claim). Note they they also choose the typical thing to use some lemon zest which works well to cover up any hints of fish on the capsule itself.Whilst the seller recommends taking 3 capsules for the full 2250mg dose note that most other omega 3 supplements are lower than that and in one case that is only because the capsule amount is lower therefore if you are more used to a lower dosage there is nothing stopping you from taking less than the 3 per day if you believe its worth doing so, after all dropping down to 2 per day makes it a 60 day supply and I still believe it works as intended. This would also make the pricing look a little less intimidating which I imagine is in part due to how it is made (molecularly distilled triglyceride fish oil). Seems like it could be decently recommendable.

Incorrect Description
These sofgels are described as in triglyceride form however when they have arrived they are not and just normal omega3 fatty acids.
