Ever since I worked in a restaurant back when I was a senior in high school, I have really enjoyed cooking. My first set of pots and pans was a gift from my mom, and it was the same kind she had been using. They were T-Fal brand. I learned to cook with T-Fal back in the late 80s and still use T-Fal to this day.Every 10 or so years I donate my cookware to the local community kitchen and I purchase a new set. I like a lot of things about T-Fal. First, it is non-stick. No need to use any sort of spray or oil to prevent sticking. Secondly, food cooks at lower temperatures than the typical cookware. I will only use high heat to boil water, for everything else I basically stay between low and medium. Thirdly, the Teflon coating is safe for dishwashers. We pre-wash everything before loading the dishwasher, but I have never had an issue with putting these pots and pans in the dishwasher.The only caveat I would issue is that you need to use silicone utensils in this cookware. Using metal utensils will most likely scratch the coating and damage the pan. If you take proper care of this cookware, it will take care of you. I’ve been really impressed with the T-fal Refresh Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set. The non-stick coating lives up to the hype food slides right off, making both cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Even sticky sauces or eggs are easy to wipe away, which is a huge plus when you’re in a hurry.The Thermo-Spot Technology has been amazing for me. It’s so helpful to know when the pan is at the right temperature, and it makes a noticeable difference in getting even, consistent cooking results. The pans heat evenly, so I never worry about hot spots ruining my meals.I also love the design of this set. The dusty rose color is gorgeous and adds a stylish flair to my kitchen. The handles are comfortable and provide a secure grip, which is essential when you’re moving heavy dishes. The vented glass lids are also a great touch, allowing me to monitor my food while cooking without losing steam.Overall, this set has made cooking more enjoyable and efficient. It’s been great for everyday meals, and I’m so happy with how versatile and easy to use it is!

Likes and dislikes:In a world where a single ceramic pan can cost as much as this set, the T-fal Refresh Ceramic set is really a good deal. We used to love T-fal but gradually moved away from coating and shifted toward ceramic coating. So it is great to see T-fal ble to bring this type of coating and still offer them at a reasonable price.The looks are amazing, the soft pink is a unique color that we haven't seen and gives the kitchen a warm nice look. Heat distribution is great, the thermo spot is working well like always. The none stick ceramic coating is working great, even with just a little oil, fried eggs are sliding around like butter. I would say the performance is just as well as our other ceramic pans, at least when it's new.Quality:The build quality is decent, usually for our T-fal, the part that is more likely to fall apart is the handle, we didn't really see any changes in how its done with these pans so we are just bracing for it to have the same problem, but it is easily fixable.Price:$79.99 for this 12 piece over ready ceramic set at the time of this review.

This cookware set is lighter than I anticipated, but its non-stick performance and non-toxic materials give me peace of mind for my family. Cleaning them is a breeze, and the lids fit securely. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly option that works well in the kitchen.

We've been using these pretty much non-stop since we got them. They're lovely to cook on/in. Even with scrambled eggs, they slide right out and there's hardly any mess to clean. I finished wiping off the excess egg with a paper towel and hand washed. Easy peasy. The pots are the same way. I fixed chicken alfredo in the large pot and clean up was a breeze. I honestly didn't really expect less than that from a brand like T-fal, though. The bonus flipper and spoon are nice. And completely unrelated to the quality of these pots/pans is the lovely color. :) Really nice price point for a great set.
