Sturdy and easy to fit
Easy to assemble and fit. I used these for putting up a soundproof curtain against a wall in a HMO. Very sturdy and do the job!

I really didn’t think that this would work…
I bought these to cover unsightly storage shelves in the spare room. I have hung medium weight curtains on them and they look great, quite sturdy - would also work really well as a room divider, clever idea. Good price I think.

Looks cheap, not very sturdy
Does not look like the image.I wouldn't recommend these to friends or family considering the price, I should have just saved some money and got some normal curtain rails and screwed them in because these just look cheap. The sections don't really fit together study enough so the curtain rail itself sags and I only had very light, thin voiles attached (image shows a dead straight solid curtain rail with actual curtains) whilst the poles wobble and just aren't stiff or sturdy enough.Unfortunately, I waited too long to fit these so I'm far past the return period otherwise they'd be going back so this review is just a word of warning to others really. Whether I had a defective set or not, I'm not sure, but there's absolutely no way I would trust these being able to cope with the weight of a set of curtains.

Simple room divider solution.
The reason for getting this was that I simple have an opening between my bedroom and walk-in wardrobe and thought this would provide a simple solution for hanging something up on the inner side of the wardrobe. You get plenty of longish poles, a couple of shorter ones and 2 longish adjustable ones. So in theory there is plenty of adjustment available to achieve the desired height and/or width.I worked out the desired height and created the two upright poles and the first one went in fine. The 2nd turned out to be too long. Whether that was down do the ceiling not being level (house was built in the 1920s) and floor/carpet. Despite all the adjustments available, I couldn't find one that worked. If you set the adjustable pole to the lowest setting you lose the spring effect, meaning I couldn't pull it down slightly to slot in place. I'm going to try and find something I can put underneath the lower foot and hopefully that will work. The quality it ok, but not the best - the poles will wobble if touched, but not so much they will come away. It's certainly easy to put together. You do need to understand there is a tradeoff between height and width, since there are a limited number of poles and the main bulk of them are shared.I think if you need something to divide a larger space than I'm doing, then this could make sense.I hope you found this review and the photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading!

Good but misleading by advertisement image
The item can be good, issue is the one sold as three parts that shows a large space cover is misleading as it dips and looks so bad, 2 either side and one to hang curtains. This would work well for something no longer that just over a metre. Like a door way. They have a larger one with 2 side poles and 1 middle costing £60 now that would work to cover over double of the space without the dip/sagging. Really disappointed having had to purchase another on just ro get another pole to support the middle. rsend an additional middle support pole to compensate is what i say for all reviews that echo mine.Misleading, if you have a large area to devide like seen in the advertisement don't buy it, buy the 4 pole one not the 3!That's £72 I've spent on a item i thought would work at the cost of £36! I will have 2 spare poles once I get that!
