Yes. get one. Yes, it's good enough. No, I cannot guarantee there aren't better ones. Yes, that doesn't make much difference until you've tried out a better one, if such a thing exists. Yes, deep sleep. Yes, you do bloody need that.

This would probably be good for someone with a small nose and face. Compared to my old one the nose hole is tiny and it lets in floods of light along the sides of the nose. It also isn’t as deep in the eye pockets, so not great if you have long lashes or make up. But it’s still better than the masks with no pockets. Material is soft and the elastic strap is bog standard for a cheap mask (and will stretch over time) but the strap does have a small Velcro adjuster which helps. So cheap enough and fairly comfortable but lets in far too much light for me to want to use as anything but a back up option.

Bought this for camping. Improved my sleeping by a million times! Keeps the light out perfectly. Nice padding. I advise to have the straps over the ears as opposed to above as its more comfortable :)

its ok for 3 quid ,elastic strap is not very comfortable but then i have a skinhead ,i don't know if having hair might help haha
