Tried to pair on 3 different phones, apple and android nothing worked. Didn’t even show up as an option to pair. Pretty sad since I love the over ear headphones by them. Save the time and just light 35 dollars on fire.

The use of the cord to help keep the ear buds in my ears can irritate them after extended use. Fortunately, the battery seems to only last two hours.

Beautiful design, good sound

I've owned another pair of urbanears and expected the fit to be perfect here. Unfortunately, this design is not for everyone. The round buds are large and the edges are rough, as a result my ears hurt within 30 minutes. The control joystick is confusing (lots of functions and requires keeping track of position). Even turning on and off is a crapshoot - hold down for 10 seconds and then realize that it is pulled to the side and have to restart. Ate they on? Are they off? Wait till the light blinks to know for sure. A simple toggle would have been better, leaving the volume and skip functions to the joystick. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.

I wanted to like these, I really did. BUT the controls make them almost worthless. I get the concept of the single joystick, but in practice, if you’re a millimeter off, you’re not answering a call, you just clicked to the next song instead. Turing them on/off is an exercise in futility for the same reason. The main reason I got these is for being out and about, but when you can’t quickly pause a song to hear a question asked or answer a phone call, they’re kinda useless.2 stars for form factor and, *OK* sound quality.

Like the shape and the sound of the item. But it takes a long time to turn on almost every time!
