We’ve had this mattress for about a month and have to say it’s as we had expected. It’s nice and comfortable. In terms of firmness, I’d say it’s medium so not too soft and not too hard which we liked. The quality is nice considering the price.

Had this mattress for 2 months now...This mattress is a great mix of soft and firm. The gel memory foam hugs your body, while the pocket springs give solid support. It's perfect if you have back pain.It’s breathable, so you won’t overheat, and the edges stay firm, so no sagging. It's a medium-firm feel and its not too soft, not too hard.Its great for most sleepers, especially if you want comfort and support without spending a fortune.Comes Vacuum packed, and it is easy to unpack.Only downside is, that it states it is a 10inch. And when I measured it, it was actually only 7inches.

so happy with this mattress, really good weight to it and super comfortable, ideally it came rolled up within a plastic film and packaged in a box, the little cutting tool is ideal to rip the plastic open, be aware i stupidly opened the plastic in a slightly small area and the mattress just bounced into shape very quickly, think it would have been fine if it had been a single, but this time it was a king size, thankfully my friend managed to get it onto the bed frame for me, i did leave it for 24hours before moving it, its such a comfortable mattress with no noise when i move on it, feel it was good value and delivery was quick, all in all very pleased many thanks
