Powerful stream, Imprecise nozzles
I bought this to replace a battery powered Water Pik when it began using too many batteries. The good: powerful and flexible stream, the charge lasts over a week, well put together unit. The thing that keeps me from giving this unit a 5 rating is the tip of the nozzles are not tapered making it a guessing game to precisely direct the water stream into the crevices. Where the Water Pik nozzles are tapered to allow the user to easily direct the water stream along the gum line and between teeth, the flat nozzle end on this unit makes that slightly difficult.

Better than Waterpik
So much better than our Waterpiks, three of which died after only a couple of years of use. Has a lithium ion battery, and indicators on the device show the level of charge remaining. There are three levels of adjustable pressure, so you don't have to change tips to change the pressure (it comes with three tips). There's a much larger water reservoir, which means that I don't have to refill it in the middle of a session. Even comes with a travel pouch.

amazing
I have been using this for many days then now I come to evaluate it. I have to say I love this waterpik. The actual spray handle feel light weight but doesn't seem cheap. The main body can hold by one head. It is very easy to add water. This really helps with healing my gums and keeps food out of any spaces that can get food stuckļ¼

Excellent, Superior Product
I know something about water flossers. As a devote Waterpik user for 30 years I have on occasion tried others. But the last several years my Waterpik products in the cordless variety just die off and don't have the power of a corded model. I chose this when it repeatedly came up as a newer solution. Super easy to use, charges quickly and after 7 days is still going strong after it's intal charge. It has a much stronger pulse and steady function that puts my old unit to shame. I'm not going back. This is now my go to flosser!

I like it
I have no new comments to make about the product. It's what everyone said it was,it's seems to be a good product.I got it because my dentist told me I needed to use a water pick to get rid of the tartar buildup on my teeth.I had owned and still own the old fashion water pic but it was so unwieldy and so cumbersome and took up to much counter space that I never used it except in emergencies.I really need to wait 3 more months before I go see my dentist is to find out if it's really working In terms of preventing tartar build-up.But in the meantime, I do like what I feel and what I see coming out from between my teeth.I brush more than most people and this gives me an alternative.I am just one of those people that build up lots of tartar and really painful when I have to get my teeth cleaned

Poor battery charging but good customer service.
My original review is below but I have an update. The company contacted me after seeing my review and apologized for my troubles and offered to send me a new one. I accepted and it arrived today. We'll see how that one does but I have to give them high marks for customer service. Raising my 1 star to 4...........................Have Had it for less than six months and now it barely holds a charge , if it charges at all . When it was new initial charge lasted at least a week . Now, at best, one or two uses of just a minute each . Last night it was connected for about 12 hours , the charging lights were flashing , yet no power . I would return it if I could but I cannot figure out how it this point

Works great.
This was my first water floss purchase so I don't have anything to compare it with but it works great for me. I only need to recharge every few weeks and I used it a few times a day. I do have to refill the water reservoir twice in order to get a good floss for all teeth. I don't mind since it only takes 5 seconds. I gave it 4 stars because you cannot take the battery out if you want to ensure that it will not accidentally turn on while in a suit case at the airport.

Great for maintenance post-extraction recovery
I purchased this as a cheaper alternative to a waterpik, upon the recommendation of my dental assistant. I had my wisdom teeth removed last year, and still have pockets where food can get stuck and standard floss won't work. I highly recommend using warm water for flossing, particularly if you have sensitive teeth. Also, keep your mouth closed around the flosser! But yes, this gets to very hard-to-reach places, and it really does clean.Would not use while initially recovering from any extractions as it could get rid of the clots.
