Handy cup!
Bought this for my boyfriend as he drinks a lot of coffee on the go. The collapsible feature is really handy and fits in his bag neatly, thought you have to be careful when popping the lid on the assembled cup when there's hot liquid in it as it can have a tendency to collapse with too much pressure. Not the sturdiest of cups, but what do you expect for a collapsible unit? Recommend for keeping in your bag and helping save the environment a little.

Practical & handy mug
This is to be my back up mug. Used it today. It’s well designed and practical, the lid dies keep the liquid in well. Naturally it doesn’t keep the content hit very long but it’s fine. Overall goid product.

Useful if going out
Great if going out and don’t want to carry a rigid mug but it is very squidgy and the cup holder (which I nearly threw away until I realised what it was) slips down the more you drink. Obviously doesn’t keep the drink warm as no insulation.

Woohoo! No more single use cups!
I got two of these, and so far I'm very pleased. If anything, I'd like them to be about 20% larger, but other than that, they are great.I find the collapsed size fits in my bag and glovebox OK, and they are easy to clean and expand/collapse. I can't taste any plastic or chemical notes in my drinks. As far as being leak-proof, they are better than when you get a plastic lid on a single use cup (I hate when the staff put drinking spout over the seam and it leaks on you - arggghhhh!) but you certainly couldn't get a drink and then drop it in your bag, theses certainly aren't like a flask. They also really need the strengthener piece - the silicon transmits heat a lot, so without it the cup easily deforms and would be too hot to hold. There are SO MANY single use coffee cups used every day, and they are almost impossible to recycle, so I'm very happy to be doing my bit... you need to do the same ;-)

Great product for a busy people who are environmentally conscious
I ordered this product because I was concerned about the number of plastic and paper cups I use daily and also because I read about the plastic residue that is in these disposable cups that we then drink. The only downside of having a reusable coffee cup is the washing up but I dont mind that aspect as I'm being more environmentally friendly and the product came with a BPA free guarantee. I ordered the baby blue coffee cup. The colour was exactly as lovely as advertised. The product came in a small neat box, completely collapsed and with two pieces to slip on to make into a standing cup.As a busy working mum, I often drink tea on the school run and then struggle with having the coffee cup at the same space as the keys and coins. This way, I can collapse it once I have finished my drink. I also take this to work to drink my coffee and can pack it back in my bag after bringing my drink in.Great product for a busy people who are environmentally conscious!

A good travel cup that folds down small.
A good travel cup. I have tried this with both hot and cold liquids. It keeps the hot drink hot for around an hour. To use this cup, you need to lift the drink hole cover, then you can rahe the white heat cover from the bottom of the cup then pull it until it's fully extended. Then put the heat shield on. Unscrew the lid, made sure that the silicon is covering the edge of the cup otherwise you will not get a good shield. Be careful when filling with hot liquid. I found that the cup was very flexible, and as I was filling it found i was pushing it down slightly when trying to put the top on. That was me being heavy handed though. I found the lid a little difficult getting on as you need to find the right thread. Once I get used to it this will become second nature. I always have a problem with screw top lids, but I do find them more secure than push on tops and much more leakproof. When putting on the top make sure you are on a stable surface and then give it an extra little turn. The full 465ml is right to the top of the cup which will be the full 16ozs, the cup could have done with being slightly larger as you could get short changed in a coffee shop. I have used a lot of travel cups in the past, and still have 3 which I regularly change. I also have another larger fold up cup. I haven't had these cups very long but for coffee shops will feel more comfortable and safer handing over the larger travel cup than this one, but for home use and travel to and from work will give both a equal rating. This one is stable on the table with hot liquid inside. It didn't distort. I found that the cup line the other one did get very hot and would need a cover to protect my hands for a short while until the liquid cools down which depending on outside temperature could be anything from 10 to 30 mins. I have found that all travel cups do get really hot. There are pros and cons for all of them. For convenience this and my other fold down travel cups win hands down. This one folds down to the depth of the lid. You have to open the drink hole, then you take the white heat grip shield off, push down so the bottom is inside the cup, you then put the white heat shield with the small radius into the bottom of the cup then close the drink hole. You can also carry the cup via the little loop. Although how long this will last before it breaks I don't know. Just be careful with it and it should last you a long time. An improvement on the old fold down travel cups.
