Bangkok Map (National Geographic Destination City Map)

I thought I was getting a BKK street map, this is a 'general' area map. It's relatively inclusive, but not what I was looking for.

The material used is different from other maps I bought before, really looks more durable, resistant, won't tear easily. It even says it's water resistant.The content is what one expects to get in this kind of map. But apart from the main Bangkok map on one side, you get some other very useful maps for people visiting Thailand's capital city: A BTS sky-train and metro map, Airport terminal maps and Express Boat Service. All tourist guides I have looked say the same: The best way to avoid crazy traffic in Bangkok is to travel by boat, so having a map with all boat stops is really useful. The main map also gathers this information.It also includes some basic information about the city, transportation, opening hours and a list with the main attractions.

I really liked this map however it did not show the Bangkok suburb of Thonburi - which I was very interested in going to. So this only helped for the downtown area of Bangkok.

My map was just what I hoped for. The delivery was important and it was prompt and inexpensive.

It’k okay. The first one I received was damaged, but the seller replaced it really fast. The map looks really detailed but it’s kind of hard to use. There’s a lot of tourist spots in Thailand now, that’s really hard to find in this map. But for other purposes, I think it would be good.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday in Bangkok and would have been lost without this item. Don't leave home without it!

Easy to use. I referred to it a lot during my trip.

Nice size and waterproof

Handy sized map for holiday adventures. Survived the heat and humidity of the city and the challenge of going in and out of bags.

Be careful, this is only Downtown map, not a full Bangkok map. Way overpriced for that.

Great Map and guide. Highly recommend

Mooie, duidelijke kaart van (alleen) het centrum van Bangkok. Ook het openbaar vervoer als metro, sky train en airport link staat (op de achterkant) op de kaart. Verder heeft deze kaart ook een index. Het papier van de kaart is waterafstotend. Een goede aanschaf voor de reiziger naar Bangkok.

Good quality & waterproof. Would have preferred quite a bit more details (eg. one-way streets, crosswalks, pedestrian bridges, BTS or MRT stations exit points, motorcycle taxis stations, river boat routes).
